Hi everyone, we have been made aware of a user who is posting in different groups alleging his funds were stolen. That is false and the funds are where they should be.
In line with article 25 of HolyTransaction's T&Cs, the company has the right to suspend the user access to the services if the user is in violation of any provision laid down by the T&Cs. Our customer support is in contact with the user.
While we cannot discuss individual cases, we would like to highlight to everyone who is reading this that HolyTransaction has been successfully in business since 2014 being the first multicurrency web wallet to be launched. Thanks for reading.

My ICO fyp Tokens are still stuck in my holytransaction wallet under section: flyp.me Tokens ICO only. And I still havent received 830 missing Tokens to my Ethereum address.
Hi decades85! Is not possible yet to perform transactions with FYP Tokens from HolyTransaction, however all FYP Tokens were already distributed to your HolyTransaction account. We kindly ask you to verify the total sum of your orders and you will see that your balance is correct. |

Why is it only listed on hitbtc now, and not even your own exchange?
The Problem is that a large proprotion of FYP Tokens (like the ones sitting in my HT wallet) is still not credited to the ethereum wallet smart contract and Ive happened to find out [...] Please note that FYP Tokens have been credited to HT accounts. All FYP deposits you have made to your ETH address on HolyTransaction are added to your account balance. Due to our system architecture and security measures coins are not credited directly to your addresses, but it does not affect your account balance. |

Hi MyBTC24, If you used HolyTransaction to get FYP tokens, you are able to see them in your HolyTransaction wallet, but is not yet possible to perform deposits/withdrawals with ERC20 Tokens. |

I dont know if im alone on this, but i have not recieved my tokens. I payed with BTC on the ICO page form. I used their own HolyTransaction wallet. I sent an email with my order number etc and the confirmation i got. to hello@flyp.me which was the only email i could find. Disclaimer, i made this account just because i dont know where to write about this otherwise. I also have bought 830 Tokens and paid from my holytransaction wallet on the 30th August and still didnt get them in my ether wallet at HT. I have anyway over 50K Tokens there, but would like to receive another 830 since I paid for them almost 70 bucks at that time.
Hi, If you used an address on HolyTransaction to receive your FYP, they are being distributed in batches. If you didn't receive them yet, you will receive them soon. |
