my question is: i have a seed and password, i need to backup all private keys or just download latest version of electrum from his site and install it (i have mac os)? installation overwrite exist version of my wallet? no lost btc?

As stated in the PM I sent you:
The only thing you need as a backup is your SEED.
COPY and Paste it anywhere you can save it. Download the latest version and go through these steps:
1. Select "standard wallet"
2. Select "I already have a seed"
3. Past the seed in and hit next.
Keep going as you did the way you set up your old wallet after this point. and everthing should be installed.
Backup the electrum data folder somewhere first if you're worried about losing anything. You might not even need the seed when you update the wallet. I use portable versions, that's the only reason mine always need the seed. (As a public note, I know already portable versions are less stable, they're just easier to run and aren't used on foreign computers).
work!! But my step are:
- open new electrum app downloaded from site
and now sync work. Not asked seed o select standard wallet, maybe on mac os the only thing to do and run the app
I just have a question: now I have both versions, can I delete the old one?
