1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PSA: Pokerstars accepts Bitcoin! (via Neteller) on: May 18, 2018, 04:44:56 PM
+1
Neteller is still accepted.
You can also pay with cryptos via ecopay now.
I didnt try to transfer funds yet but theres a nice crypto list in their payment options if you select "Alternative Payments" option.
And if im not wrong, Astropay also accepts BTC via Neteller.
So yes we can use BTC and some other Alt Coins to play poker in Pokerstars.

3  Economy / Scam Accusations / [SOLVED] HitBTC stole my account and my coins! Fraud Alert!! on: July 06, 2017, 05:05:21 PM
Since the beggining of june 2017, i cant login into my HitBtc account.
I forgot my password and when i try to reset it, i get stuck into the google authenticator step.
Even by typing the correct numbers that are shown on my phone, when i click the confirmation button it only changes color and then changes its color back and absolutely nothing happens. Password isnt reset and anything is loaded in their page.
I have already sent 2 support tickets but all i got were automatic messages from them.
So i wanted to let everybody know that they should withdraw all their coins from there asap in case they dont wanna risk losing it like i did so far.
Hopefully i didnt have much and im still waiting for them to answer and clean their reputation. But unfortunatelly, after more than a month, i dont expect them to do so.
Dont trade with HitBTC!
4  Economy / Exchanges / Hitbtc google authenticator issue on: June 30, 2017, 01:57:23 PM
Since the beggining of this month, i cant login into my HitBtc account.
I forgot my password and when i try to reset it, i get stuck into the google authenticator step.
Even by typing the correct numbers that are shown on my phone, when i click the confirmation button it only changes color and then changes its color back and absolutely nothing happens. Password isnt reset and nothing is loaded in their page.
I have already sent 2 support tickets but their terrible support only keeps sending me stupid automatic messages and i dont even know if they are actually trying to help me.
So i wanted to let everybody know that their support is terrible and also if anyone is having or ever had the same issue.
Its been a month since i cant trade my coins that are with them.
Thumbs down for Hitbtc. Angry

I wonder how a scam coin has its price going up like this.
A dev with 80% of the coins, controling all the votes and you guys still bet in this coin.
I hope you all lose your money.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / AEON Rising?? on: March 15, 2017, 12:35:16 PM
Hello, i have a question about AEON price.

Even after a bug occurred in AEON network and the only way to trade it by now being bitrex(not even sure if bitrex is accepting it)
How come the coin pumped up from 0,12$ to 0,22$?

Any reasonable explanation?

No clues here  Sad
To be honest, i am not a miner anymore...
I got more AEONs from trade than from mining.
Shame on me...

im pretty sure i can get things done from here!
thank you very much for help.

another question: is there a gui aeon wallet for windows yet? i couldnt find anything.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AEON [2017-03-04: important update to 0.9.8.0] on: March 14, 2017, 06:48:14 PM

Thanks for the infos!
I tried to setup Wolf CPU miner under my windows10 but failed miserably.
If you could write a step by step it would be very much appreciated.
Or if you are too lazy to write it down, a link to an existing one would be also very nice.
Thnx in advance!

Alrighty, you've downloaded the wolf cpu miner, extracted the files and you already have a wallet address?

Launch the command promt, just search for "cmd" and execute it. Depending on where the mining application is located (as in where you have extracted the files) on your PC, you now need to navigate there with the command promt. Assuming that you have extracted all the files on the desktop, you type "cd desktop" and confirm. Note, if the files are in a folder on the desktop, let's call it "miner", you'd first navigate to the desktop and then to this folder (cd desktop --> cd miner)

Now you need to start the miner with the command, that you can find on the getting started page of the pool you want to use. It looks like the following:
minerd -a cryptonight-light -o stratum+tcp://aeon.kryptopool.com:3333 -u YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -p x
Replace "YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS" with your wallet address and execute the command.

That's it! Let me know if there is anything unclear

This is exactly what i did, but when i execute the command line it says minerd is not a command and nothing happens.

Make a .txt file in the same directory as minerd.
Rename the extension from .txt to .bat.
Put in there...
Code:
minerd -a cryptonight-light -o stratum+tcp://54.153.36.187:5555 -u Wms7kyfy6UdeFTy4mkXCJ1d4p16fDSttJJhBXWDktv4FRD9GDwwa2C6jQC2QatEs3Q4VSbhS92ese18hyFaaEKRN2VXfD4zAD -p x -t 8
This is my .bat for sumominer's pool.
Change address, pool and number of threads, -t 8 is for an 8 core AMD processor.
Click at that .bat file to start mining.

The command prompt only flickers and vanish. No deal.
Also tried to run the bat file with admin rights but got the same error.
Sad

Are you sure you have the right miner?
Mine is cpuminer-wolf-with-cryptonight-light-w64-AES-NI-04082015
https://github.com/Arux-BTT/CPUMiner-Multi-cryptonight-light/releases

Thats it! You got it. I had probably a wrong or broken version.
This one seem to work with the bat file, but i dont see my hash rate, the only message the cmd keeps repeating is "Stratum Found a New Block"
Any clues?
Thnx!

Hello,
Any exchanges currently trading AEON?
Is it ok to use Minergate pool to mine?

Thnx

Currently you can only use bittrex.com to trade AEON.

I recommend you not to use Minergate to mine, you're hashrate won't reach its optimum! Instead you can use one of these pools:

http://aeon.sumominer.com
https://aeon.kryptopool.com
http://98.238.231.31:9000
http://aeon.[Suspicious link removed]

You have to use the command line interface, however, in order to mine with these.
Let me know if you have any problems setting it up!

15  Local / Mineração em Geral / Re: alguem pode me dizer Monero XMR -> Notebook ? on: March 13, 2017, 11:55:39 AM

20  Local / Mineração em Geral / Re: alguem pode me dizer Monero XMR -> Notebook ? on: March 10, 2017, 08:23:54 PM
