I got a question I was hoping someone would have a quick answer for. I am trying to run two XFX RX 480 Reference 8GBT cards on a Windows 10 (1809) running the latest drivers from AMD. claymore sees the cards, but just closes itself when I run the batch file.
Batch: @echo off set GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=0 set GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE=100 set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1 set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100 set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-us2.dwarfpool.com:8008 -esm 0 -etha 0 -mode 1 -platform 1 -ewal 1xdg7Ca009054f7446E73947f51b5189909d7fd72D/miner2

Another exchange hacked. You would think that all the money they made last year these companies would hire security experts to constantly try and hack into their system; instead of finding out the hard way by someone else.

Does anyone have any coupons for S9i from bitmain?
I have 1 350 and 4 100 You plan on using them or mind parting with one? Looking to upgrade my two s7's added a few TH to the pool and my hash rate.

Does it affect the dutch/german node as well? No real insight yet as i'm at work, but i can see most miners went offline, and right now they're starting again.
The old NL node points to the UK node. UK node is back online. It was off from 08:54 UTC until 10:15 UTC (the server was actually dead/offline from 08:54 UTC until 10:09 UTC) I've sent some unfriendly messages to AWS ... There was no problem with the DE node. I have been getting notifications since 5:02AM MST about my miners offline from Kano. Issues?

Still working on it - but it has taken 2nd place in priorities for a very short while. I'm working on the asicboost changes to the pool but also at the same time I'm actually currently upgrading the main backend server. (and aside: I did no coding work last week due to being under the weather)
Thanks a lot. Success in achieving the goals. Should we be down? I am getting notifications that my miners are offline. They started at 6:32MST (-6 UTC) Just got another notification @ 7:47AM MST (UTC -6) just checking

Are there issues with connections to Stratum? All my miners are a hooting.

Any issue using MDF as the little miner box I built? Temps are not over 85, wood doesn't feel hot, or anything like that just wondered if I should have used a metal shelf just in case something were to go crazy. before this, I was using the cooling mod when I only had one S9 I guess no matter what a fire would be fire just curious a few expert thoughts. Honestly, I think you would be fine, as long as you have a source of cooling of the S9 itself. Include 2-3 inches of space between the miner and the upper wood, side wood panels, and use fire-resistant lumber if possible (but not required); it would need a slightly massive, consistent electrical fire to start that wood burning with a buffer like that. And those types of electrical fires are somewhat rare, especially if adequate cooling and space are there when constructing a cubicle for miners. Of course, anything is possible, just not probable.

FINALLY! A BLOCK! Thanks to the Canaan testing pool Yeah it's a tiny one also since it was only 9 seconds after the previous network block. Thus it's only what transactions were left over from the previous block, no new ones in the 30 seconds after that. ... but NOT empty (only 15 transactions) I can still claim one of the largest blocks in a long time And I am sticking to that!

So I have a question, did something happen at 12:59:32 UTC time on the 23'rd? For some reason, I dropped about 10TH and I noticed one of my S9's was only dishing out around 4TH. I finally noticed and rebooted this day and it looks like it is climbing back up. I did get an email saying my hash was low this morning, that's what gave me an inclination something was up.
See restart message from Kano here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg30936228#msg30936228Funny thing is I was aware of the restart and still started to scramble when I heard it cutoff since I still don't have a 3rd pool configured. Ah OK, weird that it was hashing at 4.5Th instead of the normal 14Th. I have three pools set as failovers but I guess it didn't like something.

So I don't post here much, but this has been my go to pool for about almost 3 yrs now. I love it and definitely plan on sticking here long-term, but would like to see some more hash rate here. We're working on getting about 100 more machines online in a couple of months, still working on it!
This might not be appropriate, but want to see the pool keep up which is why I'm posting this here first. Basically we have been working in upstate NY on some build out projects and currently share a space with some local miners and pull about 5 mW.
We are looking to expand our space for another 1000 machines, but are coming up a bit short on funding for the wiring and transformers we will need to put in and all that. Our partner charges $125 a machine to host currently. So we are basically looking for a couple of people that would be willing to pay the monthly fee like 3 months in advance, at some discount for helping us with the funding, to help us close the gap and make this happen. Ideally 1-2 people that could do at least 500 machines.
Been trying to convince some people in our area to allocate some to Kano-warehouse we are in draws about 50 mW so there are some big miners here, so far no luck but will keep trying. Think it would be easier to convince if the pool were larger. And for what it's worth we link to kano on our website too. If you're interested drop me a line for details!
Maybe the 10/3 BTC giveaway might convince some of them? See the top of the first post. I think we need to be about at least about 150 PHs to make the pool visible to large miners - but when someone can point 10PHs at the pool and expect an extra 2 BTC in a month - 10PHs should earn about 25BTC over the next month and should expect to find 2 blocks, so they'd make at least an extra 4% assuming 100% luck - of course they could get an extra 3 BTC if a little lucky That's very generous of you Kano! Thanks for being a great Admin!

I have two Block USB miners I wanted to toss up on a windows box I am mining Eth with. I downloaded the Win64 version from the site, but I only see a bfgminer-rpc.exe and when I run it nothing, just hangs. Anyone got info on how to get this configured and running with these block BTC miners?
Thanks!
