Shows how challenged we are as a race to efficiently allocate our resources. There is too much inequality, apathy and greed for everyone's needs to be met. Sad really. I'd say that overpopulation is a huge contributing factor to their situation, though. The sheer number of people makes a situation like this catastrophic.

It's impossible to enjoy anything if you're unhealthy, unless you have a god-like sense of humor. Health should be everyone's first priority, but willpower is difficult to cultivate in today's world of easy pleasure. Not only that, but it's more of a job to be healthy nowadays due to deteriorating air and food quality.

"Moderation is the key to success," says my grandfather, who is 85 and still shows up to work to run his company everyday. Don't go to extremes in anything. Unfortunately, being healthy is even more of an effort for younger generations due to pollution and nutrient-depleted, over-farmed soils. Transfats and hidden sugar is also in pretty much everything. Best you can do is stay away from processed foods, eat when you're hungry but not too much, and don't sit down all day.
