You get the points assigned for the position you draft the player in.
If you use the player as assistant manager, you get points for assistant manager.
If you use the player in the field or as reserve player you get the points for the player based on what he has done during the game.
Good to know that i'm on the right track from the start.  After the players retired though, the interest to buy their cards isn't quite big and a lot of users have cards with those retired players but their points will be flat. Do you plan to do something about those cards? Maybe some trade with the new upcoming card players or a swap? We didn't think to that but we will look into it. On the other hand before retiring they would have scored points for you and you would have gotten your money back from prizes and you can still use them as assistant managers. Of course they score something. Still though having too much of them without any possible extra points to earn/ score, makes the market uninterest about them. E.g. why to even buy an Assistant if i already have more than 5 players who will retire? Thus their value will be 0...  As I said we are looking into it and we may put in place a random exchange for existing cards against a fee. Thanks for your feedback. We always value it very much and always analyze it. whats up with old cards ingame when the player retires ? do they become worthless or what ? i think that i still sit on a few ADÚRIZ and some other older player cards.  They become assistant managers. |

Well, i try to log in today and isn't possible. The problem is some connection issues and i want to ask if it was from your side or it was just my end? Fortunately i make my teams yesterday, so i'm good to go for some XFCs.  It was a problem but as far as I have been informed it has been solved in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

As some of you may have noticed at the beginning of last week there were some problems with deposit and withdraw of XFC on Livecoin and Exrates exchanges.
As soon as the problems have been reported to them both Livecoin and Exrates solved the problem and now everything works as it should.
What I do not understand is why people start making accusations before contacting the other party.
We've been accused of being thieves and scammers while on our side everything was working perfect.
The exchanges have been accused of being thieves and scammers instead of signaling them that there is a problem. As it appears they didn't even know there was a problem.
To sum it up:
1. Contact the exchanges before making accusations.
2. We tested the exchanges and we can give you some feedback:
Livecoin:
XFC deposit - may take a little bit longer as they request 15 confirmations
XFC withdraw - very fast
Exrates
XFC deposit - very fast
XFC withdraw - may take up to 12 hours - so basically it can be really slow
Coindeal
XFC deposit - very fast
XFC withdraw - not so fast - it may take hours
My advice is, when there are significant deviations from the a.m. times, contact their support and make a ticket. This way the problem is very likely to be solved fast and prevent frustration and unjustified accusations.

Please send an e-mail to support@fotballcoin.io. They can tell you if this can be done on our end, or with the assistance of ANX. I have coreccted mail becouse  my mail failed, "no domain found". I want recover odl XFC from ICO -should support help me ? Man, you are really late! It's been a long time now since ICO finished and imho it sounds very difficult to recover your tokens. Wish you the best though.  It is not too late and the XFC are in his account by now  . |

Next week we will launch an update but the lease will not be included in it. Lease will be implemented with the launch of the new platform - next season. Ah, that's a bit shame (jk). Leasing is a very good and exciting option and i look forward to it. I hope though this update to have some good/new additions, even if it's not this one... You are right about Lease. It is very important both for people playing the game and that would like to have sometimes better players without buying them and for people that are investing in the player cards and do not use them always. It is almost impossible to operate the Lease market without My Assets and My Orders. It was difficult for players to operate even in the regular market without knowing exactly where the cards are. We are implementing first those 2 features: My Assets and My Orders and the next step is to implement the Lease option. |

It is not likely that those matches are played within 24 hours so,
The players from the teams that are not playing will score 0 points.
It would be wise to review your teams for the English Premiere League.

How about rewarding users who bring their friends?!? A referral rewarding system based on what? Only on new registrations? There is a referral system in place. The reward is 1% of any amount your referral plays in the game. The referral link is in your game profile. |
