I just want to know if they are an actual company or just another rip-off.
I tried searching google but it just shows the website and that's not enough for me. Hopefully someone can find this out.

yup, mining is pointless, every pool ive tried has died and now I can't get paid for what I did.

Well put. Your GPU is working at 100% but your CPU will be close to idle. You can still use basic functions but if you try anything that requires GPU it will most likely lock up or restart your computer.

I agree, until OP gives more details... There were thousands of people reporting being hacked on Diablo 3 despite having a mobile authenticator. To this day not a single claim was proven. It's just not possible. I'm sure some TFAs can be cracked but it's highly unlikely. Just a troll I guess

For Bitcoin I am getting 1.04Gh/s Or 1040Mh/s However you want to look at it. I'd say it's better then normal beginner miners but way WAY off from other GPU miners.

This doesn't seem legit. How could someone with 2FA get their account stolen? unless it was someone you live with and you openly have passwords written down.
Dont go on websites you are unsure about... ALWAYS have two factor authentication. It's highly unlikely for 2FA to be broken into.

I'm sorry but how do we know this site isn't compiling a HUGE list of your Bitcoin wallet info and passwords?

There's really a lot of alternatives. Coinbase is my dream pick, but it currently can't exchange bitcoins within the hour and proccess USD->BTC buys in a week long ordeal, watch for it in the future. bitstamp is sleek, btc-e looks solid. I'm using campBX simply because it deals with a small volume well.
I feel like every one of those sites, I have seen on Reddit about why you shouldn't trade with them. Especially BTC-E

SO many haters.. here's a guy trying to estimate difficulty FOR YOU GUYS. and you just bash his figures.
I'd start with taking out all the 1500Gh/s BFL units, as those don't even have a working prototype or even a design that works with that much power. Then recalculate.
Given the global hashrate minus the BFL Minirigs you'd come up with somewhere around 104 Million. Of course not EVERY single machine will be running 24/7 and all on at the same time, so let's take a conservative 80% of ALL ASIC machines running 24/7 and we'd end up with about 83 million difficulty.
These are MY estimates. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about different companies. It just seems this community is very spiteful towards innovative companies who are trying to deliver a revolutionary product. The funny thing is... They are the SAME people who will be buying said products they don't believe in, as soon as product becomes more available on the market.
Any disputes to my estimates you can post below.

You sound like that wall street guy from reddit. lol I feel the same way as you. it's safer to book a nice profit right now and wait for the next inevitable crash. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the big banks or Fed. reserve is toying with the price and manipulating the market. It's just REALLY WEIRD basically NO ONE has EVER heard of bitcoins before. then the price crashes and all of a sudden it's on every major news channel??

Not sure if it will reach $160. considering the last floor was a handful of days ago and it was $50 if you bought at rock bottom lately. even if you got in at 60-70 you are still making a great profit at $150 and with the volatility in the market recently. You'd be pretty smart to book a safe profit and wait for the next inevitable crash.

yeah basically 99% of ebay posts claiming a low pre-order is a scam. Any legit one is usually a pre-order from feb-march and by the time they get those, might as well just pre-order now and wait the extra few weeks it would take for them to get to you.

I've found CGminer to be the best. Change gpu fan from 0-0, 0-0 to 0-75, 0-75. Hard to keep a GPU cool when the GPU fan isn't running Also only use Intensity = 9 if you are just mining and don't plan on web browsing/facebook games etc. also you should have MSI Afterburner to manually change the mem clock settings and fan speeds and to monitor your temps as well. Good Luck!

Blegh. You were all correct in stating that it would rise back up.. that said, bitfloor closed down yesterday (meaning I couldn't cash out), then Blockchain was down forever (meaning my coins couldn't transfer from bitfloor to campbx), and now campbx is down. Let me cash out please. LOL. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) The website I make purchases from is on hold for a while and I don't enjoy the emotional turmoil of this market crap. Money doesn't come easy for a college student. yes it seems we are in desperate need of a trustworthy and stable exchange site. You could just transfer them back to your wallet for the time being? then find a solid site and cash out there

I'm in a similar boat. The mining hardware table looks to be very useful.
Will have to invest some more money!
I just grabbed an AMD 5970 on ebay for $400. it gets around 800Mh/s Not as amazing as some of the miners numbers but better then 95% of single GPUs on the market. Sure it's pricey for it's age but the best part is I can use it for a couple months and sell it back for 80-100% of it's value

the number represented by U: is accepts per minute. This number can vary due to short term luck.

Yes the difficulty will skyrocket soon. But also note that the price of BTC has jumped back from it's $50 bottom. This will also affect mining profitablility probably much more then 16% diff raise will.
