Hello, the btc deposit is confirmed but the withdraws not working for 3 days i try withraw and i get these error: Error 10403: Your transaction confirmation is less than 6, the withdrawal is temporarily unavailable. All my deposits are confirmed! My ticket is #361954 support does not answer me i need help!

Hello, I'm having trouble making a withdraw from exmo to cryptocapital!
Each time I try to do a withraw I always receive an error message, this is the the message: Error 10326 (CryptoCapital PLN).
I already created a support ticket with number 334408 but no one answers me?
