so what happened to that user who rolled the 10000 number? was he really that lucky and won the $200 finally (first person to win it?) or was it all a sham.

For freebtico.in admins / Today I roll in freebitco.in and I got 10k number but the website got reload after roll and send me wearing(watch picture). I think this is unfair for me. If they can send my bitcoin back. http://prnt.sc/f2709fP.s picture is made after roll. The message clearly states that you cant play the game before you verify your email address but how could you roll that 10k number if you cant play? Are you a new user here and you have just tried to claim your first free roll? If you are not a new user, then you have claimed the free roll many/few times before without problem? Can you show us your account stats?
