I usually don't recommend using online web wallets, but on the rare occasions that I use one, I use mycelium for android. It is possibly one of the best android web wallets, but I treat it like I would a normal physical wallet.

I don't put in more than I can afford to lose by accident in it, In my case, maximum $200 equivalent in bitcoins. You have to be careful though, if there is a malware out there that can grab your private keys, it could spell trouble.

For a Filipino like me, coins.ph is the only wallet that suits for any bitcoin users in Philippines, it converts bitcoin into fiat then can withdraw it at atm even without a card, and most of all supported by many products and companies.

Hi @Gaaara,
it's not the only wallet with suitable features for bitcoin users in Philippines, check out Bonpay bitcoin wallet - https://bonpay.com. Our bitcoin specialists implement advanced technologies to make service usage more convenient. All this is combined with fair fees.

For me, it is still Electrum wallet hands down. Its lightweight and easy to used and most of all you can used it to dynamics fee features. Lately we have been seeing a spike in transaction fees. Electrum offers the user to set what fees to be used in order for your transaction to be picked up in the next block by dynamically adjusting your fees.
I have been using Multibit so far, very user friendly and easy to use especially for newbies. But for the stated reason, I'm also moving to Electrum now.
So I would also recommend that.

I mainly use electrum, mycellium, multibit as hardware-desktop wallet  and blockhain.info as online wallet. For the best security always use 2FA code as second layer of security. If you ever have experience related to mixers, after taking your chips from mixing pool  with private keys just sweep them to your main wallet. I am afraid, but  importing private keys is only possible option  for online wallets. If you dont have private key you dont have control over your own coins. Best secure way is always known way Cool

I highly recommend bitcoin core
Any reason why? I never liked heavy wallets, because there's no reason to use them really, if you're a normal guy that just want's to make a quick transaction once a while.
They take too much time to load up and they don't even close instantly and need too much disk space.

I use EXODUS its a desktop wallet which creates multiple addresses for bitcoin.
There are also wallets for Ethereum, Dash, Dogecoin, Augur, Golum and Litecoin
and I have full control over these.

It means my coins are not entrusted to an exchange where I have a small amount of control over.

There is also a feature for direct trading between the above listed currencies via SHAPESHIFT

I like to use an online wallet that is on Poloniex or Bittrex because the transactions are really fast and the coins could get traded on the go. If I wanted to trade an Altcoin while I was traveling somewhere then I would just login to any of those Bitcoin Exchanges and begin trading.

I would recommend that you get Bitcoin Core immediately. Do not store bitcoins online, specially now that UASF is coming. Remember that if your wallet is not supporting UASF, you will not recieve the split amount on both chains, only on the chain that the wallet is supporting.

So what are the bitcoin wallets supporting UASF? Because right now I don't know if I am using bitcoin wallet that is supporting UASF. But I don't have any problem right now in my bitcoin wallet. I am using coins.ph because I am here in the Philippines, and I am using it without any problem and it is easy to use.

They take too much time to load up and they don't even close instantly and need too much disk space.

well this is wrong in all aspect, first they don't take too much space you use prune mode and save a lot of giga, i reduced my to 6 giga only, just to have time to change wallet in case i need to

second with any recent ssd and quad core, everyone has these today, you can fire it up pretty quickly, therefore there is no heavy load issue either, the only bad thign is that at the first laucnh you need to download the entire 130 GB or so of the blockchain..

For me, a guy that uses up to 4 different devices, a cloud based web wallet is for me. I really like blockchain.infos web wallet. It works like a charm. Oher than that, I've found Electrum to be very good. Dynamic fees and stuff, and very easy to manage.

who cares

All the wallet in my opinion depends on the security of its users. If the wallet account to store btc in 2fa complete then it will be safe. I have never experienced any problems while using online wallet.

Want to know, how about fees in the electrum wallet? Because for send and receive bitcoin many wallet high cost, for example Xapo, if we receive not more 0,0005 btc the fees about 0,00035 btc, for send normal fee 0,0015 btc (need 5 days).

I will recommend Jaxx.io wallet because it is a multi-currency wallet which you can store different kind of good altcoins that already built reputation in the market and also it has upcoming hardware wallet which is like a cube and that is another type of good wallet to have because Jaxx.io wallet is all around you have it on mobile, desktop, extension (chrome) and also available in almost all Operating system.
