Exactly I do not know about that but you have given good information about that scam sure it will be helpful for all polo account holders before going to scam with polobigbang application thanks for sharing your experience here sure it will be worth for other polo account users.

Hi Poloniex administrators. My friend invite me to install Polobigbang, it is a Chrome Addon. He show me that when he install Polobigbang, his Poloniex account will show "BigBang" tab in menu. He told me, it's an MLM program of Poloniex, you can invest for Poloniex directly, and Poloniex will use your fund for Pumping and Dumping. Recently Polo has been upgraded (or something like that), let's try to require support again. Somes people told that their problems are solved quickly.
I tried this afternoon. Thank you for you good news I'm sorry. I had no such experience with this exchange. My friends had late withdrawals and late deposits. They wrote in their Twitter and all quickly it was decided.
Last time I had same case, but after 24h they processed (maybe it was a small value). wow that is a big amount of ripple. I wonder why poloniex doesn't solve his problem. this makes me think to move all of my funds from polo because so far, I don't have any bad problem with them and this makes me worried and I don't want to get the same problem.
I hope that the support system will help him and give that coins that already in their frozen wallet. so what results so far?
They still do nothing. So many people have same experience like me. They are still waiting for supporting from Poloniex. |

Poloniex is not adding deposits to peoples accounts. poloniex is not passing on the funds when traders withdraw. poloniex is not addressing the problem.
When Poloniex posts on twitter the most common reply is people asking about missing funds, support tickets and moaning about lack of any action from the support.
Many reviews are about people scare of missing funds.
I think Poloniex is about to exit!
I saw a lot of people complained issue like me, on there Twitter, I think Poloniex is trying to do slow support. The other platform they support is quite fast and easy. Just check the TXID and add money to the balance, why do they let people wait so long? |

I deposited 10270 XRP 4 months ago but I didnt recieve my money in my account. At that time I want to sell XRP at price 2.5 USD (now the price is 0.84 USD). I lost alot of money because Poloniex didn't support my case. I tried to deposit 100XRP to Poloniex, after 1 hour my account show me that I have 100XRP. I wonder that did Poloniex try to prevent user to sell XRP (or another altcoin) when the price of that coin is go up? I contacted Poloniex support immediately (Support ticket #672451), they replied me after 3 months that my case was processing, after that they didn't response anything anymore. How can I withdraw my XRP? I dont want to sell XRP anymore. I hate Poloniex. Bitcoin can not replace Fiat, it helps people saving there value and escaping of controlling from government. Goverment cannot do anything to change and control Bitcoin.

I can’t believe POloniex anymore. I deposited 10000 XRP to sell at price 2.9 USD 3 months ago. But Polo didn’t show XRP in my account. So I can’t sell it till today.
I contacted support for 3 months, but they didn’t solve , they just told me that I should wait them.
I hate Poloniex, they look like scamming me.

You did the biggest mistake because your method is like a gambling, not an investment.
We are here to make a money not to scam others and make money. Yes, some people want to make an easy money by scammers we can't do anything. I never did such things and if I know it is scam or shit coin then I will never buy it.
$2000 is not a small amount for many people here and you simply wasted your hard earned money by investing in known scam coin.
