I also believe if the OP is a UK citizen then sending him iPlayer files would be more of a legally grey area.

I dunno, that seems pretty clear cut..

BBC Online Terms of Use 3.2.3 (d):
"you may not, and you may not assist anyone to, or attempt to[..], copy, reproduce, lend, hire,[..] broadcast, distribute,[..] transmit or otherwise use in any way BBC Online Services and/or BBC Content in whole or in part"

this ^^^^^

i live in the UK and sending him iPlayer files is just as illegal as selling weed on the street

I do not own personal licenses (if those even exist), but I have access to them.

I think you will find I abandoned the rich parents suggestion in the next few words, because if so, why would you be here?

Constant updating? You mean occasionally adding in another link and upping a file? I make that a scp, an ssh and 30s with vim.
It hardly looks like something you update on a daily basis anyway.
You don't even host the images on your server!

are you stupid? im clearly talking about the site im proposing. not the the site im hosting currently. why should i host the images on my server xD
also those documents are not the same. please try harder

Just give up! Personality traits you are right, i know next to nothing about.
However there is a little company called SAS who make some incredibly powerful products. They look at what you say as well as who to. Personally, I agree, its all bullshit, but I had little time to take a look myself.

Just manually ran a search on who.is now. At no point did it ask me to fill in a captcha. It also doesn't even appear to give me the registrar name!
Do you not know what whois actually is? The site is named after a protocol.
Give this a read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whois
If I remember correctly the scripts use a few specialist search engines as well as a whois query and then merge the results into a few lines of information.

The first two "leaks" I looked at from your site (picked at random) were AntiSec releases. I have not time to go through them one at a time.

"Penetration" skills are not the same as web development but if you were a respected member of any of those communities it would be piss easy to get some help! You wouldn't be putting up a ridiculous offer here.
You know, had you spent half the time you have spewing off this bullshit looking me up you might have learnt to keep shut. I don't put much effort in here to hide my real identity. Once you had my name the first page of google results lists me as a finalist for a National level cyber-security award.

Please go away. Even if any of those links are yours, ooh! You know a little SQL injection! Maybe cracked a WEP network or two! Hey who knows, WPS!
Long stretch.. rich mummy and daddy... you might have a Blackhole server somewhere! I'm Terrified! But if you did you'd have the cash to stick an ad up on a freelancing site for a proper developer. My point stands.

*Edit* You mention things that are hard to maintain? An Apache server with ~10 HTML pages, a few text files and plenty of broken links is hard to maintain? I could write a basic GET server, clone you're site and have it up on a VPS within a few hours tops!

and where did you get the income to be able to afford SAS services? xD
i would love to see supposed leaks, considering i havent stolen any content. after all the bullshti youve posted recently i doubt you are the finalist for nation level cyber security xD why would you be on here? for one i dont have a rich mummy and daddy, not by a long shot, ive made every penny myself, so you can stop your useless name calling there, i tend to find people resort to that kind of insult when they feel like they are trapped in a corner, kind of like an animal. my point about being hard to maintain is not the server side of it, its the constant updating that the site would need. now please if you have any more good aurguments please present them, if not stop trying and piss off. i would also still like to see those supposed leaks.

ok so lets get this sorted shall we.

1) my youtube is prank calls a couple i done a while back, nothing strange there.
2) if you analyse the dumps properrly you will see that they are my own and infact havent been realesed anywhere else
3) you must have a bad case of retardation if you cannot pickup sarcasm used within my twitter status.
4) if you follow someone does not mean you are obessed with them.
5) dont get too smug, that is the UK Dox that you can find publically on pastebin. i simply used those details for everything i sign up with. its not me.

nice try, but as always. try harder.

1. Yes, but you still come accross as incredibly childish. None of it is entertaining or even slightly impressive.
2. I haven't got more than 5 minutes to waste on you until you have provided something that vaguely interests me.
3. Yes there’s sarcasm, but again, 1.
4. The software I ran over your twitter (see 2) suggested her as an obsession. That is the sole reasoning behind that one. It also said some rather entertaining things about expected personality traits.
5. Maybe. Again, just some pre-existing scripts run over the domain to see what it found.

It all comes back to this. If you had any real credibility with any of the scenes you seem so desperate to be a part of, you wouldn't be here trying to piece together a shitty clone site with no USP. You made threats which were empty.
And you're just making yourself look like a bit of a tit.

I posted that address hoping it would teach you a lesson / your place. If its not yours then fair play, but the message still remains. Have you seriously nothing better to do?
1) im not claiming it is, it was done a while ago.
2) considering i have many different leaks from high prrofile sites and things that are very hard to maintain shows your complete lack of knowlege in this feild.
3) mainly a private joke between me and a freind.
4) see 2 also by the way you are writing you messages and trying to look as you know jackshit about 'personality traits' is just a laughable idea, your on a bitcoin forum having an aurgument with me, and you want people to belive you have a phd in physcology or something? xD the fact that i have had 4 tweets to her and much more  tweets to someone like my peer @thisisgame0ver shows that your non existent software is complete bullshit.
5) well now i know your spouting utter bullshit xD you cant run scripts over a whois lookup on my domain due to the human captacha verifacation needed to lookup details. secondly.

see my point on 2, you obviously are not aware of this feild and so i ask you not to make assumptions on me being desperate to be part of. ive done more than you can ever do and you admitted it would take a individual of high intelligence just to have setup a botnet. please for the risk of making yourself look like an utter fool, stop now.
you posted 'my address' in order to teach me a lesson and make yourself triumphant about finding it thus boasting it with your peers. it infact failed and has been proven not to be mine,

for the initial point though, if i had knowledge in penatrative skills, it does not require me to have web devolpment skills and the time to moderate a site. it would not be a shitty clone site, simply a variation of another site with better uptime. no need to get your panties ina  twist

So you're basically a script kiddie?
"Prank Calls And Fucking Shit Up ". Now I'm definitely terrified!
The site seems to list a load of dumps that I believe were AntiSec and similar? And lot a lot more.

"I Am A Pro L33t Havij Hacker I Hack FBI With My LOIC You Jel?"
You hack the FBI with LOIC?...

You also have a strange obsession with a hooker

you dont have to be intelligent to create a botnet. all you need is a decent VPS, a expliotkit and traffic. not hard. maybe you should read up on my website

9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need : A Dedicated Website Moderator/Partner - Returns can Be Provided! on: April 28, 2013, 01:07:02 PM
implying i dont have access to a botnet?
please. dont even try to talk like you have an inkling on knowledge. go back to playing with your bitcoins. non static IP's can be traced and followed easily and its not hard to get into someones machine with a  dynamic IP.
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need : A Dedicated Website Moderator/Partner - Returns can Be Provided! on: April 28, 2013, 12:04:02 PM
Fair Point. Worst case I can try to sneak a miner onto his VPS to pay for any of my time he wastes Wink

lol do that and i shall personally DDoS you for say, 3 weeks? I Think thats fair. dont be a skid.
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Difficulty variations & DDOS attacks on: April 27, 2013, 03:51:01 PM
Wait, your calling other people kids? dayum man you stupid. you clearly dont understand how botnets work xD
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Difficulty variations & DDOS attacks on: April 27, 2013, 03:11:43 PM
Has anyone tried to correlate recent variations in network difficulty with DDOS attacks on mining pools? I have the feeling that a large botnet is being used to mine bitcoin and do the attacks at the same time. When it's on mining mode – difficulty climbs. When it's attacking (and therefore not mining)  – the rate drops.

You don't need a lot of CPU/GPU power to DDoS someone.

you just made me facepalm so hard i hit china.

he is talkign about botnets (a network of computers all infected with a virus controlled by one person)
the owner of the botnet is then using his bots to mine bitcoins for him. this botnet can also be used for DDoS'ing (distributed denial of service)
however botnets cant handle that many tasks at once, so if a botnet owner wanted to DDoS somene they would have to stop mining and vice versa
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suing PayPal on: April 27, 2013, 02:47:11 PM
That's not gonna happen. Buying and selling virtual currencies is against paypal's TOS. They won't help you with such charge-backs.

exactly what these guys have said. you agreed to their terms of service and that includes not trading other currencies. pretty crappy 'attorney' you have there

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Need : A Dedicated Website Moderator/Partner - Returns can Be Provided! on: April 27, 2013, 02:33:01 PM
im setting up a site that is like bitcoincharts and simply just informs people of an up to date bitcoin price and exchanges. i have the server and domain however i need someone who can fill the website with content and stats for bitcoins, it must be reasonably up to date and you will receive a return via advertising and donations. this is a partnership and it will be split 50/50.

let me know if interested
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for someone to download an entire TV series and burn to DVD on: April 27, 2013, 02:26:33 PM
i would do this for 0.10 bitcoins per season, i have a 160MBP/s  conenction and a burner, CD / USB costs would be included in that charge (would work out less than below me )

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Selling 7 Bitcioins on: April 14, 2013, 01:38:45 PM
market prices are at around 100$ why dont you just sell on an exchange?

This

what sort of exchanges? i can only sell for paypal and lr or amazon or something like that
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Selling 7 Bitcioins on: April 14, 2013, 01:11:49 PM
IMHO you are an idiot if you do. But it's your money do what you like. Accounts have been locked for lesser reasons and PP isn't a friend it's its own beast.

ive sold once before and nothing happened, as long as bitcoins are not mentions and you provide a reasonable excuse they wont pick up on it.
