It the transaction is visible on the blockchain. The exchange will surely pass the transaction. Sometimes there is a delay in service but at the end, the solution for every query is given and this is for sure. It's my personal experience with the exchange. I would suggest not to be judgemental for any exchange just for the delay in reply. And people who use to panic frequently don't invest in any cryptocurrency as they are highly volatile. such people will go crazy if some mishap or loss happens to them !

I have been using bitxoxo since they started a few weeks back they got some bug to their website that took time for delay in service but they have always been on time for every service for me. As I have recommended my friends too about the website to use. Bitxoxo always comes up with solutions, we need to understand this every internet portal may have some issue it's not right to shame them for delayed transaction and services sometime.
