1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FunFair CEO publishes blog on Reddit, reaches top of EthTrader, FUN +25% on: July 10, 2017, 09:14:39 PM
Might have good long-term potential. Jez is very active in the community and the devs are active in development. They should have an update to showcase.funfair.io tomorrow, looking forward to seeing it.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] FunFair.io - Disrupting Online Gaming - New Casino Platform on: July 03, 2017, 09:07:26 AM
how do i add  custom tokens funfair in my etherwallet? do anyone know the information    address, token name, decimal places?  for funfair

Don't know if you ever got an answer to your question, but here's the details on adding FUN custom token to MyEtherWallet

> Use address:  0xbbb1bd2d741f05e144e6c4517676a15554fd4b8d.  Tokensymbol:  FUN.  Digits:  8

This information is taken from the Announcements section of the FunFair slack channel. I suggest joining the slack, you'll be much more in the know. Also, if you purchased FUN with something other than Ether, then you have a limited time to gain access to your coins, after which time they will be donated to charity. JOIN THE SLACK and make sure you are good to go.

Latest thread is here as was previously mentioned, but I'll share it again... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1969678.0

Even $1 is nothing for this coin!

Yep. Market cap for cryptocurrency in general is going up.

As market cap goes up, it shifts highs with it.

This means what we think is a reasonable high for a quality coin could actually be 5x or even 10x what we expect.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: May 28, 2017, 08:13:27 AM
will this https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/news/ibm-to-sell-use-of-its-new-17-qubit-quantum-computer-over-the-cloud/
be a competition to Golem project? Speed-wise, it will easily beat GNT

A few of my thoughts -

1. The IBM computer is not decentralized (in the coming years I believe the public will view decentralized systems with the same trust dynamic as they view the green SSL bar. Right not, it's not a big deal, but in the future, if a company isn't built on the blockchain, I believe they risk being left behind - perhaps in 5-7 years we will see this. I think sentiment is already showing signs of this starting to develop.)
2. The IBM quantum computer is a development in *hardware* and fundamental computer process.
3. Referring to point 2, I surmise that Golem (being software) can be adapted to quantum hardware in the future.
4. Golem, I think, will have great social interest in the future due to the fact that it will be one of the market providers in this new age of renting out computing power from regular desktops (which is rapidly being ushered in)
5. Like the article mentions, we're not quite there with quantum computers being competitive. Look at just that alone (time-frame) Golem has advantage.

My general intuition is that this poses little to no threat to Golem at this time.

Now all we have left is Bittrex and yobit.net... Any ideas on how to best get in contact with either?

....Not going Poloniex? ...or did I miss something?

Thumbs up to all the work done so far, and the activity of the dev(s) too. Site looks cool, dev() / community is motivated, Keep it up!!! Smiley
nobody wants to be on POLO....

Well, shame....

I like Polo, Kraken and Bittrex.
Cryptopia and Coinexchange are “ok” i guess...
Most others (if not all) are TERRIBLE, imho that is...

BUT it’s a free world so....Take your flavor! Spice it up a notch!! BOOOooOOMMM!!! Tongue

Cryptopia is actually pretty good compared to some lower-tier exchanges like YOBit. I can see Condensate on Bittrex at some point in the future, but at that point you're going to be exchanging at a premium!

How do I get the private key for one of my Rain wallets? I have the Windows Rain wallet client.
