I've been wanting SOMEONE to make a cryptocurrency called "Credits" for a long time. To me it makes the most sense as a very general, easy to understand name/word for virtual currency. I want to support this coin, but I don't think it should just be a renaming/relaunch of a failed coin. Start over and do it right with no pre-mines.
Anyways I'll research more into it and offer my help where I can if I see continued value in this.
I agree with you on this. I was all for choosing a different name to start with, but seeing as we had a coin that needed a new name and nothing better to really use that everyone would agree to in the developers chat, we just went with what sounded "good" and could be worked with. In the end, it doesn't really matter what name we chose, or that we chose Credits as our name, because if you look out there in the wild blue yonder of Bitcointalk, there are TONS of names in use, and im sure some will get recycled as time goes by. We hope this isn't what happens with Credits, but someone was going to use it sooner or later, so i might as well be us. |

When I try to download the Windows pgr. from your webside, I get a warning from crome ? first one after many other similar downloads from other coins..
yes I noticed this as well, but it only happened one time for me, due to the site having been brand new and chrome didn't recognize it yet. It is safe. I assure you. ok, I try again... you can use that link to get all the info and wallet needed as well if you like to instead. |

I want to call for a vote of exchange.
Actually, a link to exchange is right in OP post. It's fairly small, but better than nothing, isn't it? Though it sure would be great to get to coinedup or some other exchange. I was careless. Thank you very much. As you pointed out, we need to look for more major exchange. Anyone know how to recommend? Starting a topic on Cryptsy, or on reddit for Coinedup... But it's probably useless until the coin has more miners. Needs more support And again, there's 10% premine. While devs made their point clear, highly premined coins seem to have a hard time making it to the exchanges, and people will still not trust it  ... Madotsuki makes a valid point. The premine does hurt us in a way, but we have seen worse coins with just as bad of premines and worse dev's get into good exchanges, so its still possible for us too. We are currently in talks with a few big players in exchanges, but i cannot share the details right now. Just know that this may go somewhere awesome. Also, please check www.reddit.com/r/CreditCRD and post your idea's and thoughts there as well. we need to get our community growing, and you guys can definitely help with that. Maybe make a meme and post it there, or other zany stuff. |
