It would be nice, if some old promo materials from NYN will be used for promo NYAN. Community could pay to everyone who revamps own old NYN promo (video, picture, social, etc...)

^^ go there to get your 9nyan coins turned into the new Credits.

Please don't delete this moderators, i don't do it to spam the thread, i do it to help solve any possible confusion.

Go here only if your interested in the new Credits, which used to be 9Nyan (NYN). [Address starts with a 9]

If you are a Knyan user, which is now more properly referred to as Nyancoin, please have a look, but don't troll. We wish only to be friends.

do not convert if your wallet address starts with a K. you will lose your coins. I don't want that for you.

Have a nice day.  Grin

How can we be mad at that? I'm glad that the two NYANs in the end were able to resolve things peacefully. NYAN is friendly, we don't hold grudges to anyone...now if only they'll let us have /r/nyancoin...

Well, my last, shorter post was deleted, so it pissed someone off... lol.

What are you talking about? This thread is not self moderated. Nobody can delete your posts otherwise all of your troll posts at the start would be deleted.

Okay guys, I need to be serious with you for a bit. As some of you know, I have supported NYAN from the very beginning and have been giving away NYAN as well as promoting it to other people. However, there is a serious issue that it seems like I need to give the community warning to.

There is a possibility that the exchange crycurexcom is going to try to add NYAN. This would be disasterous and would really hamper the community. Why? Because crycurexcom is an exchange where people have coins missing all the time and I personally have lost BTC because of an inept admin. Not only that, the admin attempts to censor anyone who disagree with him.

Here is my thread where the first post goes through the threads with the story:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436857.new#new

There is a possibility it will not be added, but IF it is added, I want to warn the community of my experience firsthand:

After trying to withdraw 0.35BTC from his site, I go back and find that I could no longer log into my account. When I asked the admin what happened, he said my account got deleted.

When I asked how this could have happened and who did it, he said he did not keep logs of deleted accounts, and then promptly ignored me and the  2-3 other people who have had this happen to them.

Despite this he continues to claim that his site is secure (It's not even https) and that there can not possibly be a security hole (despite him having no logs to prove it)

We are not the only ones with problems, there's a 35 page long thread that he has now locked which is filled with nothing but complaints.
It's gotten so bad that he decided the only way to deal with it is to self moderate a new thread and lock the old one.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=417981.60

I was going to just leave it at a general warning and that will be that, but now he wants to add NYAN, and this community is the one I will defend no matter what. If the good people here at NYAN get scammed cause of crycurex, I would feel personally responsible for not warning you guys sooner. So here I am:

If they add NYAN, STAY AWAY FROM CRYCUREX.COM you have a HIGH probability of losing your coins.

Alert! http://nyan.steadymining.com/ block my account, no way to withdraw my coins, user don´t exist.

Beware this pool!

Did you even try to contact the owners of the pool to solve the problem instead of 20size capslock shooting left and right? Smiley
Account will get locked if 3 of the following happens:

1) If you type password 3(default) times incorrectly.
2) If you type PIN 3(default) times incorrectly.
3) If your miner has reject % higher than the automatic account block trigger configured in MPOS.

If you are absolutely sure that you did not enter your password/PIN wrong 3 times and your miner has very low to nothing reject rate, someone may have tried to bruteforce your account. In this case always user different passwords/usernames in multiple pools and don't forget to set your miner "ANONYMOUS" (You can set your miner anonymous under "Edit Account" settings).

I wrote this because i had couple incidents similar to yours where people got accounts locked due to the reasons i mentioned above.

Problem solved, the pool operator withdraw my coins to online wallet, but i don´t have the secret key of this address anymore, my coins goes to limbo. I don´t use auto payout, and advise the pool operator that the coins were there until triggered an exchange.

haha thanks!
i'm kind of new to this
also i have one more question:
does the AMD HD7990 GDDR5-6GB
Dual GPU DVI/4xMini DP Graphics
Card GV-R799D5-6GD-B really runs at 1250khash/s (1.25mhash/s .-. )Huh?

The most H/s per $$ right now are your R9 270X (cost around $200-250 and get around 460+ KH/s each), but you'd have to build quite a few rigs if you want to go big.
The Sapphires seem to crank out the most Hashes and run cooler compare to the competition. But all brands are fairly good.
The Asus in the 270X seems to have problems when overclocked from what is posted online.

The next best KH per $$ are your R9 280X's (cost around $420-460 and give you about 750+ KH/s each).
I went for the the ASUS R9 280X TOP's because they were said to be the most silent and had great OC room and I really like them ... I'm getting 780 KH/s per card even at -10% power.
Again, the Sapphire R9 280X Vapor's and Toxic's are said to have the best KH rates but the fans were stated as noisier when reviewed.

To wrap up ...
So if you want to save space and have quiet rigs, I'd say the ASUS R9 280X's (780+ KH/s each)
If you don't care about noise, but still want to save space, then the Sapphire R9 280X's (800+ KH/s each).
But best bang for buck would be the Sapphire R9 270X's (480+ KH/s each), but you may have to build many rigs to go big.
If you have lots of $$ and very little space then the beast of a card you mentioned will crank out the most KH/s for sure.

Hope this helps.
