I'm having a tough time understanding some recent pronouncements by Bitcoin enthusiasts regarding price.
They say Bitcoin is expensive and want a price drop so they can "DCA" (Dollar-Cost Average) and add to their holdings. But seriously, who hopes for an asset they believe in to fall?
At this price point, especially considering the 2021 bull run, this thinking is risky. You, the evangelists, are Bitcoin's core. If you consider these levels expensive, then who's left to buy? A break below $60k could be devastating for sentiment, potentially hindering future climbs. Bitcoin has already tested these waters three times.
Instead of waiting for a hypothetical $20k price and a multi-year recovery, why not take advantage of this relatively attractive price today? Let's work together to break through this resistance and show the world that Bitcoin is still the incredible asset capable of impressive new highs!

the future of investment that is,
while traditional markets are becoming more and more unpredictable (prices driven by expectation/marketing), cryptos are drawing clear patterns over and over again. the game is actually flipping over. traditional assets are becoming gambling, crypto is becoming fundamentally backed by historical data.

Do you guys think it is viable? How many hours do people spend here a week to earn merits? and than you receive only (max) $100 a week?

So I was learning a little about the "world's largest crypto options, and futures exchange" how they call themselves, and even speed-read their tutorial about options.
I do understand the basics of options trading, but there is one thing I still don't understand: why options? "limited risk" can't be the main reason to trade options. I get that stop losses aren't the most secure guarantee that your risk is limited, but they do work in most cases. for "leverage" you don't need options either.
what is the main advantage of trading options? or would it be the main use case? someone experienced with them could give me a hint?

FxChoice forex broker has stopped accepting crypto due to FSC regulations, but there seems to be no relevant information on the internet. This may affect other forex brokers as well. Does anyone have more information on this?

is there any list of that kind maintained?
what I mean by "legal trust"? I mean that in terms of how easy or hard it would be to get the money back by legal methods (lawyers) in case of a "problem"

ok, here is the anouncement: https://www.okcoin.com/t-420.htmlIf I get point 3 correctly, in case of a splitting of Bitcoin the future indexes for the existing future contracts will be the sum of all existing Bitcoin variations. therefore: a) the index price will be unpredictable, since the sum could be much higher or lower than the BTC price before the split, and b) the reaction of the traders to the new index price will be unpredictable too would that mean that even if your contracts are just hedged Bitcoin you have a significant risk of making a loss or even beeing margin called? I would like to hear the opinion of others that are in future contracts there at the moment and have avaliated the situation. Thanks

[EDIT] We lost FxChoice, arguably the best crypto-friendly forex broker, due to intervention by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Belize. Very disappointing. [EDIT/] Dear Bitcointalk.org Community, For the past nine years, I have been diligently maintaining this forum thread to provide you with an updated list of forex brokers that accept crypto deposits and withdrawals. Throughout this period, the growth in the number of brokers accommodating crypto transactions has been remarkable. However, it is important to note that not all of them can be recommended, as many have garnered a less than stellar reputation. In light of this, I have conducted extensive research and carefully handpicked four brokers that stand out from the rest. https://fusionmarkets.com/: With an excellent reputation in the industry, Fusion Markets offers a comprehensive trading experience. Their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction makes them an ideal choice for traders looking for reliability and security. https://xbtfx.io/: Similar to Evolve Markets, XBTFX is a broker that combines a good reputation with a particular focus on privacy. Their dedication to safeguarding user information, coupled with their competitive trading environment, make them a noteworthy choice for traders seeking both privacy and performance. Please keep in mind that these four brokers have been carefully selected based on their track record, customer feedback, and dedication to providing a secure trading environment. However, it is always advisable to conduct your own due diligence before making a final decision. Factors such as personal preferences, trading strategies, and individual requirements should also be taken into account when choosing a broker. Feel free to share your experiences, insights, and any other brokers you believe are worthy of consideration. Together, let's continue to foster a community that benefits from reliable and reputable forex brokers accepting crypto deposits and withdrawals. Happy trading!
