This type of bear market came in Last February too. what most did sold thier portfolio for low price. thats not the solution. I also had a portfolio 5000$ in january , it decreased to 2000$.  but i did not panic.

= wait for the maximum dip of the all coins

=option 1 - you can sell your portfolio and take potential coins. previously i taken ziliqa token.
=option 2 - keep your portfolio as it is.


best thing is option 1 , its better to buy brand new tokens , those did not face 1 st market cycle too.

after 2-4 months, when bull market arrives we can expect a big hype.

=Keep your private things in safe. if you earn billions also worthless if unsecured. Please keep your private Key in top secret Place. Under any circumstances do not give it away. when Airdrop filling please beware of Public key to enter

=Dont go for too much hodl. Some coins have potential only for 3 months , then it goes to hell.

= Try to USE an APP to see your portfolio. be update always. Some are saying invest now and forget 2 years and see. Thats completely wrong.  

=Try to maintain a excel sheet to measure the progress. (Profits , Alt coins market Conditions)

=Do not try Day trading if you not confident. if you choose day trading , you will lost everything .. by experience i am telling

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH. 

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you
