2  Bitcoin / Mining support / My USB erupter isn't working right. on: October 16, 2013, 04:27:04 AM
Two of my USB erupters isn't working properly. In cgminer I get the message "USB:AMU1 read1 buffering 4 extra bytes" Another one of my USB erupters is always having the green light on and I get like 200 something hw errors in a couple of seconds so I think that one is completely broken.  I think it was because my fan cooling them broke so I'm guess one of them is broken and the other damaged.

Also I don't seem to be getting any work when raspberry pi w/minepeon  but when I have it connected my windows desktop I'm am getting work.
3  Economy / Digital goods / Daily Bitcoins advertising credits vouchers. on: August 25, 2013, 07:46:22 AM
These are advertising vouchers for dailybitcoins.org that I accumulated over time. I was thinking of selling them but it seriously just a tiny amount so there is no point in it. I figured someone might want it and have a use for it so I'm just gonna post it here.
I just add ---- just to separate it into groups of ten to make it easier to count when I was saving them. the last group of 0.0001 BTC is only 8 vouchers.

0.0001 BTC.

6  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Drivers for 6770 on: May 16, 2013, 06:46:48 PM
I'm trying to use my radeon 6770 for mining after reading that nvidia cards aren't good for mining, but I can't seem to be able to start up guiminer or I get Verification failed, check hardware!.  At first I had it at the latest drivers and I installed opencl sdk 2.8. When I started up guiminer I got Verification failed, check hardware!  When I uninstalled the drivers and sdk 2.8 and installed 11.11 drivers, guiminer would not start up.

edit:
forgot OS
Windows 7 32bit.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Second worker not mining on: May 16, 2013, 03:42:57 AM
I can't seem to get my worker 2 to get any shares.  Its been running for about 1 hr and it still hasn't been getting any shares.  When I look at the mining_proxy.exe it says working 2 is ask for new work, but its not getting anything. It is a ati Radeon hd 6770.

edit:
I get this in the console.  Does anyone know what this means?

8  Economy / Goods / Microsoft Office 2010 Professional on: May 05, 2013, 03:49:59 AM
I have two extra Microsoft Office Professional 2010.  I got these keys from AT&T when I bought my 3 Lumia 900. I only needed one for myself, my oldest brother already had MS office 2010 installed on his laptop and my mother has no need for it. I listed them on bitmit.

9  Other / Beginners & Help / Mhash/s not matching what its says online. on: April 30, 2013, 03:41:17 AM
On my GUIminer its says I'm mining at 76.4 Mhash/s and it maintains that but sometimes goes ranges from 71.4- 76 but usually its maintains at 76.4 Mhash/s.  When I check my account and go to the workers section its says that I'm mining at 47.306 Mhash/s.  Is there something wrong with my setup? or is that how it is normally?
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Check Mining pool on: April 25, 2013, 02:33:04 AM
I just read that we should be mining on stratum.bitcoin.cz   port 3333. How to I check if my GUIMiner is set to the correct server? I'm also using the mining proxy.  Do I have to change anything or was restarting it earlier enough?
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Qestion about the Slush's pool on: April 25, 2013, 12:12:42 AM
I've been reading this thread for a while now http://"https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1976.6800" and have read several times that the "passwords where salt and peppered" or even "passwords where salt and peppered and possibly ketchuped"  What? What the heck does that mean?
12  Other / Beginners & Help / New guy saying hello on: April 24, 2013, 07:07:37 PM
Hello I just registered and have been mining for about 5 days now.  I'm using GUIMiner with the mining proxy. I average about 60Mhash/s with my Gtx 460.  Is that pretty low? Also I read someone else thread about testing if their wallet works. Someone suggested to try http://www.bitvisitor.com to check if their wallet works.  I did that about an hour ago to and didn't receive the fraction of the bitcoin.  Do I just have to continue to wait or is my wallet not working?
