我找的这个小强是ROCK啥的一个ID,他是ASICMINER的一个股东。他在BITFUNDER上大约有200个比特币被UKYO骗走不肯归还，我找到是想跟他一起联合起诉UKYO。我想问一下大家如果有谁知道的，麻烦告诉我一下，谢谢了

I have made two wire transfer to their account in Slovenija, almost two weeks, it still no credit in my account with Bitstamp.
I have contact them either by email or support ticket , both of them have no reply for about 2 days.
Does anyone facing the same problem like me ? or anyone can tell me what's going wrong with Bitstamp's customer service?

The weexchange has suspend withdraw for about two weeks.
Is that UKYO is trying to fixing the problem or waiting to runaway with our Coins?
Does anyone in this forum knows the background of UKYO ? I need some suggestion about this issue ,if anyone could help me ,please reply under this thread.

Ask you self , what makes you think those manufactures will gives up big quantity of orders which come from APPLE or Nvidia ,instead to producing those small scale of order from ASICs mining rigs companies?

As they said they provides 100M/HASH per bond and go with future upgrade.. It is indeed that based on those figure they are the best ever mining bond over all exchanges, but question is they never mention when will they start mining in their contract. Or I missed something out  anyone know what time will they going to delivery actual mining dividend ? Please let me know ...I am considering whether going for this game or not. Thanks |

We should think that manipulators, bears are going to take out the advantages of what you selling today ...because every bear want to buying back at lower price .. why should we help them to achieved what they want ? just unbelievable.... |

Things are much better than backed to beginning of April... Why should we sold BTC at the price much lower than beginning of April??
I can't figure out ,since nothing too bad...BTC are more recognized by the public than before , Even more entrepreneurs are under developing their BTC related projects.... As I am writing this I just arranged a fiats transactions to the exchange ...I hope this a good time to buying.

Furuknap, this guy owns a website ,pretend to be a professional investor. He issued this bond contracts that intend to be mining at September 2013, but he issuing his bond contracts in BTCT.CO right now. Not only the value of his contracts is over-priced , he planed to issued 004 per 1M/hashrate which does not backed by any miners right now. This guy ordered his devices for $20 USD per G/hash but he sell his contracts at $400 per G/hash.(You are going to pay 20 times more expensive than directly ordered it from Metabank) I suggesting everyone in this forum should be smart , do not buying his contracts ,not only you will loss its value in very short time for sure and also you will take the risk which original below to this guy!!! if anything happen with his order ,then victims will be you! According to DMS/MINING ,THAT 1M/hashrate is only worth 0.003 BTC which you will receiving dividend from any time after your purchased the contracts. Furuknap will continue posting to everyone that PMBs are good investment , why should he doing this ? This because he will try his best to defend for PMBs are good investment by argue with anyone saying that PMBs are bad investment whichever will stop his greedy cheating plan go succeed. Since , I spend my time here , is trying to prevent newbies from reading his false post and made a wrong decision. The reason I doing this is just because of my conscience. I am once a victim of PMBs , I do not want people repeating the mistake I have made . And there also a trap in his contract , it stated that Mining will start on September 2013, but metabank said will start delivering orders on 1 August, this mean not only you guys are going to take the ship risk which originally belong to him and if metabank deliver its orders before 1 September 2013, then this guy will mining for himself util September 2013. if metabank delayed its orders and in the main time difficulty is increasing , then anyone bought his contracts will be burning by then. Ask people who bought BFL pre-order ,they will tells you what this fells like. I will try my best to keep this post up...to ensure that less people will be hurt by his contract..of course, if you are smart and you want make money with BTC, do not buying PMBs at this time ~~you should wait util when ASIC are totally absorbed by the market. This guy deleted my post in his thread, This makes me no choice that I only can send out information in here~ One month before this man trying to convince me to hold PAJKA bonds, I am glad I have right prediction of what will happen in the future. What you think when this PMB hit market how will it affecting other current PMB??
Another hug price drooped...Holding PMB is equal to send your BTC freely to other people...
This race never will stop once better PMB hit market, then Old one decrease its face value very quickly.

Is this mean that Banking system some time are even worse than BTC, they will went down without give your a explanation!!!
This really bother me, my friend intend to transfer money into my account, and we can't do it due to this unexpected system went down!!!
For P2P currency, I think the system will never went down as long as there are people connect to the internet!!

The reason is simple:
ASIC devices are only use for BTC mining purpose , they will depreciate its value over the time and with no residual value, not like GPU miners they can sell its graphic card if mining is not attractive for them. this equal to set a exit barrier for those new ASIC miners. the only things for them to recovery their investment is to maintains BTC price at acceptable level by act rationally when BTC price is under their expect profit range ,( limiting their supply to the market), util the market adjust price level at what they expected.
I think BTC price are determine by factors below:
legal factors.
mining investment.
people's trust.
Since ,the development of ASIC we will see a more stabilize price ever. People never stop investing in BTC, this is the truth so far, KNC pre-order sold 8562 units. no matter what the currency they used to pay, we should assume all those cost paid to KNC will as a indirect investment into the BTC world, thus the ASIC mining will further increase the price of BTC. further more , not only KNC, there are BFL ,ASICMINER and so on. payments made to mining rigs manufactures are far more than what we thought , may be more than the money paid to the online exchange.
If no government intervention or other related bad news in the future, we should expecting another BTC price increase ,because of those ASIC devices are start mining . That increase is coping to the market trend and based on people's rationality , if anyone ask me , what the BTC price are backed ? I will say that BTC price is backed by every currency investing into mining and those payments made to its reflect cost.
PS: The rights to issue money should not below to government , it should below to its users which are people.

Some guys in this forum is think I made a wrong decision...I just want to prove here , that I did not lie I have sold all my PAJKA bonds at made a net loss of 5.4 BTC..plus back the dividend I have received is 6.7 BTC. 6.7 BTC not a big deal anyway...I will be set off this by my AM shares in two weeks time... below is my assumption and future for PAJKA BOND...did I made anything wrong ?? I do like anyone to correct me.... Expected dividends to be paid by the issuer(after 6 months): use conservatively 15% increase of difficulty and increase each 12 days. (last time difficulty went up 26%) : During the 6 months difficulty will adjusted by 180 days/12 =15 times 1:(12 days each): Current dividend is 0.46541752 per day for total 4814 shares. 15%increase of difficulty equals roughly 15% decrease of dividend. 2: 0.46541752*0.85=0.395605 3: 0.395605*0.85=0.33626425 4: 0.33626425*0.85=0.2858246125 5: 0.2858246125*0.85=0.242950 6: 0.242950*0.85=0.2065 7: 0.2065*0.85=0.1755 8: 0.1755*0.85=0.1492 9: 0.1492*0.85=0.1268 10: 0.1268*0.85=0.1078 11: 0.1268*0.85=0.09163 12: 0.09163*0.85=0.07788 13: 0.07788*0.85=0.0662 14: 0.0662*0.85= 0.056 15: 0.056*0.85=0.04783 Accumulated total dividends paid by the issuer: =2.831358*12=33.97 .gives it 35....OK? assume that issuer sold all contracts at 0.1 total 4841 equal to 481 BTC. the first half year you will have 7.06%(and continued decrease ) ROI on this asset....No capital gain or loss been calculate so far..... Assuming half years later , if you are the issuer of this bond, what decision will you made ? continuing this bond and pays on needless dividend to those bond contract holder or pays 110% of market price to buying it back? .. assume the contract is still worth 0.1 half year later .what will you do ? If I am the bond holder I will absolutely continued my contracts because in the future I will pay less dividend . as the time goes, difficulty will continue growth....almost zero cost for the issuer to continued the contract . Am I correct? We assuming all investors are rational, they will only investing in the project which will maximize its profit... and this will caused another problem I want to sold out my bond contract , but no one will buying it ,because they have better opportunity.(TAT.V for example) (Logically right ?) As a bondholder like you what is you decision ? you will selling your contract today to prevent future lose , or hold it wait for fools to buying it? My calculation could not be that accurate, I really can not understand why someone still think PMB will be a good investment. We all know that mining difficulty is link up with the BTC's price.... this why I never assume that difficulty will decline...if difficulty decline significantly, then I do not really care the issuer buying back more bonds at 110% at any price or not, I have been f*** anyway? |

I just want to know....all the PMB contract sold in the market never mentioned under what situation the issuers will buying back those contract?
For example,If a bond contract start at IPO price of 0.5BTC today, if one day the daily dividend pay to contract is pay at 0.0000001 or less BTC per this contract..... more over if dividend reached this level, then the bond also will be trading incredibly low price in the market....this caused almost free for the issuer to keep the initial capital or to payback a little bit BTC to buying it back.......I just want to know...does there are any other way to prevent this possible situation to destroying the principle amount paid in those PMB contract? ?I mean like instead of perpetual hash rate to roughly promise to hold certain percentage of total market hashrate??? Since investors are obligate for incredible high risk for holding those bond!!!!!! Moore's law indicate computer calculating power will be double each 18 months, in BTC the hashrate will double itself in much much shorter period!!!!
