Originally I had this thread targeted for people attacking me unfairly about a business proposal and finding out who that person was exactly BUT:

Recently Vod has gotten so furious that he's gone as far as extorting me. He's now starting calling me a pedophile and says if I don't pay him $2,000 he would start spreading that rumor all over the internet.

This has gone from an argument with a few buddy buddy bullies on the forum to someone committing felony extortion and libel.

I am preserving this thread since he's also said the same thing here for evidence. If you have any information that can be helpful, please PM me.

This is no longer just an arguement, this is a crime scene.

So I've been on this forum for quite a while. I've done nothing but honest business and done lots of trades here.

I decide to make a thread to see if any investors want to come in on a company of mine. Some asshat named Vod comes in, makes a bunch of assumptions and leaves me a red mark without any real reason other than his opinion is that my deal is not a good one to him.

That's clear and blatant abuse of the trust system here. I'd ask everyone that feels I'm right, please post here and 'sign' this petition against him. He solicited feedback from some high ranking escrow services and traders here so that he can ruin your rep to a lot of people when he leaves a mark. He doesn't even transact business here, he just goes around judging people. If you go through and see the people he's done this to, you can clearly see he's been at this for some time and most of it unfairly.

He needs to be taken out of the default trust system, because he is abusing it.

I have an AWESOME new Bitcoin game that I need some help building and I'm going to try to see if crowd funding will work to make that happen. This game is completely original and it's absolutely guaranteed to be a hit. I will be doing phone calls and giving a break down of the specifics to qualified potential investors. I do not wish to release the business plan to the general public at this early stage but I will be covering things with far greater detail with individual investors by phone.

I am attempting to raise a total of 700 BTC for a 40% share in the company. The minimum entry amount per investor will be 2.5 BTC. As soon as the 700 BTC goal is reached, we will take on no more investors because I believe we will have enough seed money to be able to develop and market a robust, bug free and extremely popular active game that is seeing impressive ROI. Investors will receive a 40% distribution each month of the game profit based on the percentage of your investment to the 700 BTC goal. Once the company has a positive cash flow investors can 'cash in' their share at any time and receive their entire original investment back as well as keep all distributions they have received until that point. Investors can also sell / transfer their share at any point. All investors will get a monthly report outlining the financials, milestones and future goals.

The investment will be used for:

-2 Full time programmers for development (3 months)
-1 Full time designer
-6 Months 1 Full time programmer (post beta) for on going development, optimization and bugs
-6 Months of Customer Service (tbd)
-6 Months of Marketing and Advertising
-6 Months of Staffing as needed
-Misc costs of running the business such as rent / utilities, hosting, legal and other bills

I believe the game will be profitable in far less time (and you will too when you hear what it is) but I'm planning a safe road.

I am a US resident and I have built, run and managed many companies in the past. One of them being very similar to this.

I will ask that all potential investors be prepared to sign an NDA since it is very early on and the last thing we need is someone trying to clone this

I am selling 18 Batch 1 and Batch 2 Avalon ASIC miners. They're mining at around 84 - 86 GH/s respectively right now. All units have upgraded Corsair 800w to 850w PSU's. I am looking for USD cash offers.

Regardless of what you think about eBay and the safety of selling there, these units are going for in the 3k range give or take a few bucks. Check recently sold auctions. I'm willing to discount a bit to not have to deal with eBay (I personally hate the site and everything it stands for), so if you want to resell there and make a few bucks off me, more power to you.
