Sinong ayaw ng komportableng Mansyon?

Sinong ayaw ng  tuloy-tuloy na pasok ng Pera ?

Sa aking pagbabalik sa forum, dala ko ang ilang kapakipakinabang na impormasyon na maaring makatulong sa ating komunidad patungo sa matagumpay at masaganang kinabukasan.

Sa dulo ng artikulo na ito ay magkakaroon tayo ng basic knowledge sa kung paano natin masisiguro ang ating kinabukasan o kung papano natin maisasalba ang sarili sa paraang hindi tayo gaanong maapektuhan kung sakaling danasin natin ulit ang isang finacial crisis.

• Mindset
Wag kang magreklamo. Ayon kay Jack Ma ang bawat reklamo ay isang oportunidad at kung sakaling malulutas natin ang reklamo ng iba o problema maaari itong maging pera.
Walang madaling bagay, ang buhay ng tao ay walang saysay kung ang lahat ay madali lang makuha. Sanayin ang sariling magkaroon ng matatag na mentalidad sa kabila ng mga problema dahil lagi tayong makakaranas ng sitwasyong hindi pabor sa atin. Sa kabilang banda, ang importante ay kung paano natin ito titingnan.
Lahat ay patungkol sa mindset, laging maging positibo kahit anong mangyare.

• Skill
Bilang isang indibidwal nararapat na magsanay tayo ng kakayahang kaya tayong buhayin. Maari itong pumatungkol sa iyong mga napagaralan, mga talento, mga interes o mga personal na karanasan. Buoin ang kakayahang ito habang tinatahak mo ang iyong career path o habang pumapasok sa corporate world para magkaroon ka ng pundasyon na magagamit mo para kumita.
Take note na ang diploma ay hindi kailangan para maging matagumpay, ang kailangan natin ay isang mentor.

• Business
Ang eskwelahan ay isang negosyo at ginawa para makagawa ng mga empleyado at kung gusto nating yumaman wag tayong manatiling  empleyado gumawa tayo ng negosyo. Bilang isang empleyado kahit gaano mo sipagan, ang yayaman pa din ay boss mo. Sabihin na natin na promote ka, oo lalaki ang sahod mo pero ang yayaman pa din ay boss mo.
Siguro sinasabi niyo na hindi kayo mga negosyante pero ang totoo lahat ay matututunan kung gusto mo talaga na gawin ito.

• Investment
Hindi natin kayang magtrabaho habambuhay, kailangan ng katawan nating magpahinga. Maganda ito kung nagawa mo na ang iyong negosyo dahil tuloy-tuloy na ang pasok ng pera mo kahit na di ka nagtatrabaho.
Inaanyayahan ko ang lahat na aralin ang topic na ito at magkaroon ng research patungkol sa stock investing. Napakaraming makikita online na nagtuturo kung paano ito simulan. Ang maganda dito ay kung mapipili natin ang tamang stock na sakto sa karakter natin at pangangailangan magkakaroon tayo ng isa pang stream ng income na lalaban satin kahit di tayo nagtatrabo o kung magkaroon ulit ng finacial crisis.

Ang pagkakaroon ng tamang mindset at skill ang dapat na mahasa muna bago pasukin ang pagnenegosyo at investment para magkaroon tayo ng matibay na pundasyon. Bukod dito, ang goal natin ay para magbigay ang ating negosyo ng passive income na kung saan hindi na natin kailangan magbigay ng extra effort para makagawa ito ng pera although kailangan natin ito sa umpisa.

As I came back in this forum, I brought some valuable information that might benefit our community as we reach future success and fullfilment.

At the end of this article we can have a basic knowledge on how can we secure our future or how can we survive ourselves, in a way that we will not be much affected if we experience again a financial crisis.

• Mindset
Don't complain. According to Jack Ma every complain was an oppurtunity and if we can solve other complains or problems it can be equal to money.
Everything is difficult, life will have no thrill if everything you need was easy to get. Practice yourself to be mentally tough across cicumstances for we will always encounter situations that are not favor to us. On the other hand, what matters the most is how you percieve it.
Everything is about mindset, always be positive whatever happens.
  
• Skill
As an individual you should develop a skill that can probably support your living. It can be something that is related to your academic background, talents, interests or personal experiences. Build this skill as you take your career path or as you enter the corporate world so you can have a foundation that you can use to earn money.
Take note that diploma is not always required to be successful, what we need is a mentor.

• Business
School is a business and created to produce employees and if we want to become rich don't be just an employee create a business.
As an employee no matter how much hardwork you make, your salary will always be the same and your boss is the only one who will become rich. Let's say you are being promoted, yes your salary might increase but still your boss is the only one who will become rich.
Maybe you are saying that you are not a business person but in fact everything can be learn if you have the courage and commitment to do it so.

• Investment
We cannot work in our whole life, our body will need some rest afterall. This was great if you finally build your business/es for it continuously gives you income even you are not working.
I highly suggest to learn this topic and have a research about stock investing. There are a lot of resources online that talks about how to start with it. What's nice here is that if we spot the right stock that suites to our character and need we can have another stream of income that can fight for us even if we are not working or if financial crisis strikes again.


Proper mindset and skill should be done first before creating a business and investment so you can have a strong foundation. In addition, our goal for business is for it to generate a passive income wherein you are not required to put extra effort for it to make money although you need it on the beggining.

My Question is: is it  possible that organizers of Bitcoin will Cooperate and Refund in case of our Wallet Account with bitcoin and Fiat money would be hacked by hacker? for the sake of all people to continues using Bitcoin and also for the people does not not have and wanting to use bitcoin. is it possible the organizers will make their own policy to make the people comfortable

if your Bitcoin account has already hacked by hacker the question is, can you get justice for this against hacker? but how, I think Bitcoin in not recognized by law

The question is, what is the standard basis to have regular income for community in terms of value added tax if the Value of Bitcoin Currency is unstable?
