Economy / Service Discussion / Best Crypto Payment Gateways?
on: Today at 02:31:44 AM
Hello everyone. We have a Software As a Service(SAAS) company and we offer a cryptocurrency mode of payment to our customers.
We currently have an existing payment gateway but suddenly they have this issue about holding some of the transactions from our customers they want to ask our customers to undergo some KYC process and some of our customers don't want it.
So right now, we started to find a replacement for our existing payment gateway.
I can't mention the name of this payment gateway we are using.
Anyone can suggest the best replacement or some actions to take? It would be helpful.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Hacks in November
on: November 23, 2023, 02:49:46 PM
Seems hacking incidents this month are really huge! Do you think this is one of the many signs that we are already in the bull run? Hackers are everywhere and trying to take advantage of a lot of users and volume, especially in Decentralized Finance (DeFi). I am also curious even we have a lot of hacks this month, market still holding strong. As you can see, the recent hacks were major in the DeFi market, different platforms or networks.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Delisted/Inactive Coins from Exchange
on: October 26, 2023, 01:25:23 AM
As you can see there are tokens or a number of pairs from exchanges that have already been delisted or become inactive. I'm really curious if there will be an effect of it in our current trading journey or in the market. It's kinda showing that the more we are in a bear market year, the more pairs are being delisted. What are your thoughts?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Base Launched! How to make profits on Base?
on: August 07, 2023, 12:52:27 AM
For other people that still don't know. Base already launched their mainnet where you can start bridging your Ethereum to Bridge network. The topic here is, how can you make profits easily on the newly launched network just like before on previous layer-2 networks. Let's try to do it on the Base network. Any idea everyone what is good to do on this newly launched network? Buying meme coins? Buying some newly launched platforms on Base?

Economy / Gambling discussion / Game Winner Result Changed After 24 hours (Defaulted)
on: July 06, 2023, 06:20:21 AM
This is from eSport Dota 2 game that happened 24 hours ago. Though no official reason was given, BetBoom’s Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko was found out to be alt-tabbing during a paused game, pulling up another stream — reportedly Aleksandr “Nix” Levin’s, who was broadcasting the Bali Major. - Read more hereBetBoom Vs Tundra = Winner yesterday is Betboom After 24 hours, they defaulted to a loss for Betboom. I think the reason is one of the players of BetBoom was caught cheating, but the game already settled in most gambling platforms. My question here is, what will happen to gambling platforms who already settled the bets?Should they revert back to the winnings and losses of their users? What will happen to the losers and winners of that game to the bet? I can see there are some platforms that already deducted the winning of some person from their balance.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Blur token unlock
on: June 12, 2023, 02:43:39 AM
Blur is an NFT marketplace that is more user-friendly compared to other NFT marketplaces. Right now Blur is currently on Top #145 by market cap cryptocurrency. BLUR is the cryptocurrency of their NFT marketplace.
Right now they have a market cap of around $148m
They have scheduled a token to unlock a few days from now and that token unlocks is huge, which is around $60m equivalent to their token.
So my take here is, what do you think will be the effect of this unlock in the coming days especially since we just had a huge dump?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Airdrop gains tracker
on: March 30, 2023, 02:38:33 AM
Since airdrops started to become trending nowadays. For example, you will get free tokens from the different projects while just participating in any activities on their platform, just like recently what happened to the Arbitrum network. I want to see a list of them with different information like how much the price started to trade when they airdropped the tokens, how much has already increased since the airdrop of the price, etc. I tried to google, but I can't find any, maybe I'm using the wrong keywords . Any idea? Like website/platform that got information like these?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Arbitrum Token Initial Price Speculation
on: March 18, 2023, 09:24:48 AM
The new trend now is the Arbitrum airdrop, for those people who are not yet aware: Arbitrum to Airdrop New Token and Transition to DAO. Moving on, what do you think about the starting price of the Arbitrum token when the claiming of airdropped tokens will start around 5 days from now?I already lot of speculations that are comparing it with other layer 2 tokens that did airdrop also before like Optimism. Some people tell it will be $1-$2, and some are starting will be $2.5 and some also telling 2 digits numbers that start at $10. Some exchanges now already have "IOU" Arbitrum tokens whose current price now is already around $10. (Take note that this is not yet the real Arbitrum token, this is just an IOU token across the exchanges right now.)

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Chain Wars!
on: January 26, 2023, 01:45:26 AM
As you can see everyone, most huge gainers for the past few days or weeks are different chain networks most of these chains are new. The best example is Aptos and Optimism, which recently had their new all-time highs and even old network chains are also making some noise just like Solana or Fantom.
Any opinion about this? Do you think this will continue? I remember before the days of Solana, Avalanche, and Binance Smart Chain (BNB) when there are times that most of these altcoins or like altcoins are pumping too much.
Maybe you can suggest some altcoins also that has their own network with active community and working product already?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DeFi - Lending Collateral
on: January 23, 2023, 01:04:09 AM
Hi everyone. Recently I started diving deeper into Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and there are some questions or behavior that I am really curious about.
For example, When you borrow some assets, you needed some assets as collateral (this is given). But, what if instead of borrowing some assets, you can just use the one you are willing to use as collateral?
Can anyone have a good explanation here of borrowing using collateral versus not borrowing and using the collateral instead for the exchange of other assets?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Amazon Web Service (AWS) partners with Avalanche to scale blockchain
on: January 11, 2023, 11:55:11 PM
After Google Cloud announced before that they already running a validator for Solana last November 2022. Now Amazon Web Service (AWS) announced, that they are in partnership with Avalanche. Seems a lot of other huge non-cryptocurrency platforms are now starting to line up with some cryptocurrency projects and most of the goals are to scale their respective blockchain networks. Any comments? Good or bad? Read more about AWS - Avalanche here and Solana - Google Cloud here.

Economy / Speculation / Bahamas Govt. Ordered FTX to Transferred Funds to Government Wallet
on: November 18, 2022, 01:20:53 AM
This is all over Twitter now. Different media already released this too. The Bahamas Government takes over all FTX assets for "safekeeping", so one of the top Ethereum holders that is labeled before as an FTX Hacker when there was around more than $300m total of assets flew out from FTX wallets. So for me, is this good news or bad news if it's true that the Bahamas government already got these funds from FTX? Is this even legal action by the Bahamas Government? This is a very roller coaster event right now on cryptocurrency.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Exchange with time limit from orders
on: October 14, 2022, 04:05:44 AM
Are there any exchanges that have a feature on their orders about putting a limit on how long the order will stay?
Example: Like let's say, you put in a buy limit order with the following price, and you want if this order will not be triggered for a given date or time, the order will be canceled.
Thanks!

Economy / Trading Discussion / Are you considering time span?
on: October 11, 2022, 02:40:37 AM
Let's say we already have everything when we open a trade, we already have a stop loss order, target price order or initial take profit price order, etc.
My question is do you consider closing your trade if those orders didn't trigger for some time?
Because for example, the trade you opened becomes sideways or stable, and no pumps or dumps happened that triggered your orders, so for some time, your trade is still open.
So, do you have a limit for your trades? Like 1 day, week, etc? If nothing happens, are you closing those trades manually?

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin hash rate hits new all-time high!
on: October 04, 2022, 03:25:26 AM
Last October 01, 2022 Bitcoin hash rate hits a new all-time high of around 282.17M TH/s hash rate. ( Source) Even though the price of Bitcoin is dumping, the hash rate is still growing and creating a new all-time high. For me, this is fundamentally good news for Bitcoin. I am curious that maybe there are some miners who switch from Ethereum to Bitcoin because Ethereum now is on POS, so this could be a factor too. This is one of the answer for those people telling that "Bitcoin is dead"

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Mexico is the next El Salvador?
on: October 04, 2022, 03:17:52 AM
We all know that El Salvador is already using Bitcoin as legal tender officially and there is already a lot of good feedback from it, there are already some people visiting or migrating to El Salvador because of Bitcoin being a legal tender, but on the other hand, there are still some people criticizing it and talking negative things about El Salvador's decision. So now, Mexico seems started to take a look at this case too, using Bitcoin as a legal tender in their country. Mexico got 128million population right now and El Salvador got around 7 million population according to Google. It seems this will be a very big win for the Bitcoin community once will be implemented. What are your thoughts about this?

Economy / Speculation / Biden team asks congress for clearer crypto regulation
on: October 04, 2022, 03:11:17 AM
The report comes during a time when Congress is exploring the stablecoin industry and other tax rules for crypto brokers. Biden administration is also concerned about a repeat of the Terra-LUNA incident. However, the Congress members state that proper legislation is still months away.
FSOC also suggests that the rules by Congress should cover abusive trading practices, customer asset segregation, cyber security, etc.
This seems very interesting and exciting. Is this news good for the cryptocurrency market? We all know the United States is a big player in all markets especially cryptocurrency, with the USD being active and getting stronger against other currencies, now they mentioned crypto regulation. So, what are your takes here? Is this bad news or good news for the cryptocurrency community? Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ethereum The Merge on Google
on: September 10, 2022, 12:51:16 PM
Has anyone already seen this? Seems everyone is excited about the upcoming The Merge event of the Ethereum network. One big entity here is Google, you can now see directly the countdown when you search "Ethereum Merge" on Google. I am not sure if this is automatically added from their search egnien or Google added it because of this upcoming big event on Ethereum.
