I wanted an opinion on the slim pci-e riser. They are for sale on eBay and I have some as part of a open air mining case. Should I swap them out with a version 6 pci-e riser. From the pcb layout it looks like a gen 1 riser that is a fire hazard. I contacted the seller and they claim no problems and have sold thousands of these without any issue. The seller also say that it's a redesign and that they are a gen 2 version of the slim pci-e risers. It does not use a molex connector for power but a 4 pin small type connector on the backside of the PCB.

What do people think? I don't want my rig to go up in flames.

Newegg.com has them in stock right now. I just got a few. Better get them while they are available.

Looking to sell a T9 11.5 TH/s  that I got in exchange for a broken R4 from Bitmain. Not really happy with the situation. Wanted a quiet miner like the R4 but they couldn't replace the one I purchased so they sent me a replacement T9. Send me offers thanks.

Do you think there will be a A4 group buy. From what has been posted, the A4 is around $1800 USD with a minimum buy of 10.  256 MH/s machine at 1000 watts.  Wondering if someone will organize this.

My computer was hacked last night. I was stupid and clicked on a email I should not have and before I knew what happened my coins were transferred from my wallets. I had PW set on the wallets but still they were able to transfer out. Is there anything I can do or is it gone. Really sucks.

I have 10 ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 CPU fans for sale. I will try to sell them as a full lot. I purchased these for a chip conversion HEX4M board. Each board needs 4 fans so I was slowly buying them on sale at Newegg.com. My situation has changed so now I don't need them. Willing to sell the lot including shipping in the USA for .45 BTC. These are new fans that have not been put on a board. One of the fans has a smudge mark on the cpu grease but most people replace the OEM stuff and use better cpu grease such as Arctic silver. If you want to purchase but are outside the USA I will sell but you will have to pay for shipping and excise duty.

I am wondering if there is any interest in a group buy for assembly of a minion based miner. In quantities over 150 technobit will give a 20% discount. Blackarrow has offered 100 minion chips for each x-3 order. Which means per order you can build 25- 4 chip miners. I don't have any experience in a group buy but I wanted to just see if someone in the community was willing to take up this job and if there is interest.

I have a EK 480 quad radiator for sale.  I will also include a  Phobya radiator stand - black - Quad - 4x120mm. The stands are new. The radiator has been used for about 6 months. In very good condition with no leaks. This would be great for those looking to do a water cooling solution for a Habanero miner or Technobit Minion. On the forum people are posting about temps that are between 100c to 105c for their Habaneros. WOW talk about frying an egg. A 480 quad radiator would cool those baby's down in no time.  My price for the radiator including stand is .15 BTC or 13 LTC. I can also do Paypal for those who prefer this method. I asked him about doing escrow and he says he won't because he wants immediate payment and won't wait for escrow. Also he wants payment only in BTC no Paypal. Does this seem fishy?

I have seen pics of people's milk crate rigs and while they may work and are cheap,  kind of ghetto. Any suggestions for a open case I found this guy that builds custom cases. They look really great. Richard Chomiczewski has a mining rig open tray.
