I see a lot of people saying they did not scam me yet because I did not gamble with a lot of money.
I want to state that I have withdrawn 100MBTC before (in march as well) when it was 6K euro, without any problems.
I have also won on their website cash prices from tournaments from the value of 500-1500 euro worth of BTC multiple times.

They never scammed me and were good to me, I never complained before or had any issue with them but this is just really bad customer service when it comes down to self exclusion and the safety of players.

Been gambling a lot on this website, I am a vip user and never had any issue with them.
Last month on 2 april, I contacted the live chat and asked to be self excluded for amount 2 months until 1 june to be exact.
They replied to me stating that I should contact block@1x-bit.com with this request and that they will take care of it.
I did this (proof attached) and they never got back to me. I even contacted the live chat 1-2 days after in which they stated that I should wait for a response.

Weeks passed, on 22/23 april I deposit around 20 MBTC in total and I lost.
I got really mad, I contacted live chat again and asked to be permanently blocked and they told me to send a email, which is what I did.
Now they blocked my account really quickly, within hours.

Now I am requesting a refund because I asked to be self excluded and they did not grant it now they claim through email that they never received such request from me when I did in fact send them a email + I contacted live chat.

I contact live chat now again today to ask for history of my live chat so that I can have extra proof that I contacted them more then once through live chat to be self excluded to make my case even more stronger - they say it's not possible to send me a history of the live chat, that they do not keep this.

Competely unbelievable. I know all the warnings about this casino but I never had a problem with them and they were actually so nice but this right now is extremely bad customer service.
Am I in the right here or wrong guys?

Just got a few questions regarding the trezor hardware wallet.

1) If you forget the pin, you can still recover the account with all the funds in them with the recovery seed right. But if you forget the password then you cannot, right. Is this correct?
2) I click on my account on the web wallet, I see a receiving segwit adres. Can I keep on re-using this adres as in sending 10+ in a month transactions to it and everything will be fine as in receiving the funds on my trezor wallet?
3) how can I view private keys of the wallets that are in the trezor and how can I add a bitcoins adres private key myself into trezor?

Basically blockchain.info used to have a second password feature, they deleted this. Does anyone else know a web wallet with a second password? does the trezor / ledger have a second password?

Hi, need some urgent help. I just ordered online take away food 10 minutes ago, after that I wanted to make a payment for a tv for around 700 dollars and I did that but I accidently sent it to the take away btc address and I didnt copy it right... lucky for me I still had the small fee selected so it should do me good for hours but now I really need urgent help on how to cancel this transaction before it gets confirmed, i heard from a friend something about double spending it? but he doesnt know so i'm asking here, thanks.

Today I used this wallet for the first time, I received in the lasst 15 hours about 10 bitcoin transactions and all are fully confirmed into the wallet but the last two receives are pending, received 12 hours ago but when I click on them on the blockchain and search them up, they both have over 80 confirms so i'm not sure why its still shown up as pending..


 i tried to 'rescan blockchain' it says 5/10 mins but then it gives me rescan error unexpected token < in json at position 0 and then it syncs forever but nothing happens and its been 5 hours since this as i click on it it says that its syncing but nothing happens, opened/closed the application few times but still same issue over and over again. They say that they don't know yet which btc they will call the main bitcoin and the segwit one which is completely weird to me. I'm just extremely confused. Basically I have this blockchain account since 2014 and I have bitcoins in the imported address on it, so not on the receive money blockchain address that changes everytime. So when this fork happens, I will still have bitcoin as bitcoin is right and the new coin? or should i be worried that my bitcoin will have a different name or something. Please any help thanks.

Hi,

I've used the blockchain.info wallet for a long time and never had any issues. Now today I try to login to it but it just keeps on loading forever all it does it change the layout from my country language to english and then it should login but nothing happens. On my other wallet, I can succesfully login but I see the balance it says (nan) and the ethereum part does not load/loading forever.

Is anyone having issues as well or what can this be? I  tried serveral browsers, cookies etc even my phone and it just keeps on loading for 2 hours now.
