- Recruiters look for 30 year-olds with 20 years experience.
- They take 6 seconds per resume on average (Business Insider)

-Candidates do not get paid for their time.
Interviewers do. It is considered OK to waste candidate’s time.

- They do not explain what the job is about, what it is like working there, and advantages.

- They ask questions like “where do you yourself in 5 years”. Instead they should explain where they see their company in 6 months.

There are multiple projects going on in a similar domain. I don't know they really want to help the society with the integration of blockchain or just wanna look "Cool" by adding this term to their spineless projects!
