1  Economy / Computer hardware / //edited, new thread coming// Any interest in quality tablets/gaming laptops? on: July 18, 2019, 05:21:20 PM
Hi all,

//edit: this ended up a top confusing thread start so I'm coming back with a new and improved one//

2  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] HDD (sata) 71TB on: July 06, 2017, 06:29:33 PM
Someone found a disk under $30/TB on newegg, so I'm lowering the TB price to $25/TB. I aim to be the cheapest when it comes to HDD

Total price in USD would be ~1750. With current bitcoin price it would be 0,7 BTC.

I'm not objective, but 0.7BTC/1750USD for a decent sized BURST farm isa damn fine price, addning free shipping and escrow.

----
Hi,

as a former BURST miner I gathered som HDDs lately. But moving in to a new house I can't countue my hobby. Therefore I want sall 71,5 terrabyte of my disks/farm (I have more but I leave them out for now). All are  SATA and checked the last week for error; all these work.

THE DISKS
Total Size        No. Disks & Size
1500                  (3 500gb)
3000                  (3 1000gb
2000                  (1 2000gb)
21000                (7 3000gb
16000                (4 4000gb)
20000                (4 5000gb)
8000                  (1 8000gb)
--------------------
71500 gb (I hope i got that correct lol)

Logistics
I will pay escrow (OgNasty has accepted to handle it), and i pay trackable shipment. Living in Sweden, shipment in the Nordic Euruope will be faster. Leaving in Gothenburg, Sweden, we can close the deal to night.

I am foremost looking for one byer who will by them all, but if the interest for parts of the collection that can be considered later on.

Price
Looking at newegg, I can't find any disk with a price lower than $30/TB (https://goo.gl/Srg3LN). Since these are used, although modestly, and checked for errors (4TB was found dead and removed) I ask for 30 US dollar per TB (sold in the BTC price when the deal is done) As of today, the price would be around ~0,85BTC

SEE EDIT AT TOP OF THE POST FOR RECENT PRICE

Picture

Sorry for the photo quality (cell...). The white paper label on the disk was for to remember which I ones checked (took quite a bit of time the to do).

Age
Age vary, of cource, but with three and five year warranty on disk these days almost all of the disk will have an active warranty.

Questions:
1) which more than BURST use HDD mining?

EDIT: OgNasty  has accepted as escrow
3  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTN] Interested to buy brand new HDDs/laptops/GPUs w GREAT discount? Look here! on: October 14, 2015, 04:27:53 AM

Hey,

I'd like to know what interest there is to buy brand new HDDs/laptops/GPUs in the community? Through a really big procurement that I'm directing IRL, I'd be able to offer decent discounts on those products. On the negative side is that I can only handle a few different models, although many of each one.

As an example:

WD Green WD60EZRX 6TB IntelliPower 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Standard price is $279 but newegg have them on discount for $222.

Seagate Desktop SSHD ST4000DX001 4TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Solid State Hybrid Drive Bare Drive Standard price is $279 but newegg have them on discount for $229.

I'd be able to sell them for approx. $170 (EU) and $185 (US) incl. shipping.

These are examples to give you idea of what discount I'd offer. Would anyone be interested in buying with these kind of discounts...?

Please answer in following format:

Code:
Item:
Grade of interest:
Number of items:

Use 1 to 3 grading, where 3 means you would definitely buy, 2 probably buy, 1 possible buy.

Item refers to the three categories that we atm can offer: Large HDDs (including SSDs greater than 200GB), quality laptops (Apple & Asus/HP) and powerful GPUs (nVidia 970-980ti & the newest AMDs). Hopefully this gives you an idea of what quality products will be offered if there is an interested.

Edit:

I understand that this is an unorthodox way of doing biz. So let me briefly explain the process in an easy way. Lets divide the process into three phases.

This thread is currently in the 1st phase with it's probing question; We simply want to know [WTN] the interest in the community to make these kind of deals with these kind of discounts. Why is that? Well, I can, of course, order 50 MacBook Air in theory, but in reality I need to know that most of them will have a buyer. Phase 1 will be open for a few days. Let me emphasize that we can handle many costumers and even bulk orders without risking anything. Wink

After this, we will enter phase 2 which will contain actual offers. We will contact everyone of you who have indicated interest; We'll do our best to offer you a product you are happy with along a considerable discount. However, in Phase 2 there is no commitments: You can accept or refuse our offer (there is also some room for negotiation).

Would you accept our offer, we enter phase 3. This means commitment from both parties: Customer sends payment to escrow, we will make the shipment, and at arrival happiness will spread all over the forum. Smiley The escrow will be released to us.

Please answer in the thread in the format offered, do not PM me until an actual order/selling thread will be posted.

Lastly:
- payment would be in bitcoin
- larger shipments are more interesting than small, but everyone will be attended,
- buyer pay possible duty/tax
- escrow is a necessity
- minimum order will be around 1BTC or $250
- for shipping, we will use a world-renowned express delivery company
- escrow service provided by master-P and [not decided yet]
- Questions are answered and updated here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1207997.msg12685751#msg12685751

Thanks for your attention.  Smiley

5  Economy / Invites & Accounts / [WTB] Buying Twitter accounts with cryptocurrency orientation on: July 23, 2015, 09:21:20 AM
Hi,

We are currently developing a new promotional service, where Twitter have a central role. We would like to find out if people are willing to sell their accounts and for how much.

Price will of course vary a lot, depending on number of (real) follows. The account needs to pass an audit of you followers.

We are foremost looking for rather small accounts (+200-1000 followers) so we can develop them as we wish, but large accounts could also be interesting if it the pass an audit and have a cryptocurrency orientation.

Please, either 1) reply in the thread with the account in question (so we can analyse it) along with what kind of price you are looking for in btc, or PM this information to me.

We will try to give you a prompt answer if we are interested or not. If we are interested, we will buy it.

Thank you!
