Time for something a bit different.

For auction today I present a file that I bought several years ago before Tokyo was confirmed as the city to host the 2020 Olympics.

I bought it on the understanding that it was actually used by a member of a Japanese olympic team. Although I cannot provide any evidence for this you have to wonder how many files would have been made for the (at the time) candidate city, and who would have used them.

As you will see from the pictures, I wrapped it in clingfilm (saran wrap ) immediately upon receiving it. I assure you that it is in pristine condition inside.

Issue #1 was ordered as soon as it went on sale. I remember it was quite a long wait as there was a delay and it was shipped to the UK.
