[AUCTION] Tokyo 2020 Candidate City file - possibly used by a Japanese olympian!

Time for something a bit different.

For auction today I present a file that I bought several years ago before Tokyo was confirmed as the city to host the 2020 Olympics.

I bought it on the understanding that it was actually used by a member of a Japanese olympic team. Although I cannot provide any evidence for this you have to wonder how many files would have been made for the (at the time) candidate city, and who would have used them.
