Has anyone had problems with Bitfinex not responding. It has been weeks since i opened up a ticket. Still no response.

Hi guys, im not sure whats going on. I receive payouts from genesis mining but they are not showing up in my jaxx wallet. I have attached to pics. I from jaxx and the other from ether network. As you can see the last payment was received oct 28. Please help!
