Completely off the grid: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/viabtc.comNot doing great but slowly improving: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/poolin.comStill a bit shaky: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/f2pool.comNot sure if a network issue in the china firewall or what, but it would be interesting to see the failover data stats. One big pool going down like that could cascade to other pools getting knocked out when all the miners fail over to their secondary pools* Unless they are using bitfury software, as that only allows one pool Probably by the time you read this it will all be fixed, but its been going on for a while now, not sure how much its affecting mining or just access to the web sites.

With the halving biting deep into miners income, some have been able to scrape by at current BTC price levels by running their miners in Low Power Mode (LPM), this is just running the miners at lower speeds/voltages rather than Asicboost (originally tagged as LPM on the S9's) Unfortunately however, not all of the current *17 range of Bitmain miners support this mode. My current understanding is this: LPM Supported - S17 (Low, Normal)
- S17-Pro (Low, Normal, Turbo)
LPM NOT Supported - S17E
- S17+
- T17
- T17E
- T17+
- T19
- S19-Pro
- S19
Seeing as it is possible to underclock and undervolt by manually hacking the gui or with third party firmware I feel it's not unreasonable to ask Bitmain to enable LPM on the miners that don't current support it. Having contacted them directly and not having much luck I thought it might help if I had an idea of the miner community's opinion on the matter. Please vote here and we can bring this thread to their attention, who knows, it might work. I'll leave the thread unlocked, but moderated in case it wanders off topic, otherwise your thoughts would be appreciated. Yes I'm aware there are other manufacturers, that may or may not have low power modes :P No I don't know if its physically impossible for the hardware to do this, but I doubt it. As mentioned I'm aware of third party firmware that may enable this, but not everyone wants to pay a dev fee or risk using non-official firmware 2nd Jun 2020 - Added T19 27th Aug 2020 - Added S19-Pro and S19

Should be interesting to see the prices, I suspect they will be $3K plus if not more for the S17+, T17+ is about the same speed as a S17E but slightly less efficiency so maybe closer to $2.1 - 2.2? S17+ is close to same efficiency as the S17Pro 50/53/56 T17+ is between S17E and T17e in terms of efficiency It'll all come down to price, but I think this is the start of a major ramp up in difficulty and a direct attack on their competitors to wipe them off the board [EDIT] Updated with prices: S17+ $2833 T17+ $1802

I have two SP35 PSU's for sale. 0.4 BTC each ONO Free shipping to UK/EU Contact me for shipping costs to rest of world. Handy if you have a need to replace the hard to find and expensive Artesyn DS1600SPE-3 which are about $400 to buy new. Or if you have a load of Spondoolies kit and need some spares just in case. Both PSU's come up with green lights when powered on, the machine they are in has a blown IC on the circuit board so doesn't hash.

Got couple of GPU's to sell First up my XFX R9 290 4GB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card with EK Acetal Full cover block and EK black backplate. I have the original box and cooler etc which is included if you want it. So thats over £300 worth of kit for only £180 inc RMSD! (Thats aprox $280 or 0.8 BTCSecond up is a MSI Radeon R9 270 Gaming 2G AMD Graphics Card - 2GB Just a regular MSI 270 Works great, ran it, benched it, gamed with it lightly. Its been in my main office machine and hasn't skipped a beat. Temperatures are great. But, at low speed the rear fan spins up slower than the front fan. Not sure if its meant to be that way, and these run pretty cool anyway with the card cool and fans running at low speeds until you really start pushing it. For me it hasn't been a problem, and from the pic you can see when its under load the fans both run fine, but just thought it best to mention. Again I have all the box and gubbins. Price £65 inc RMSD or aprox $100/0.3 BTCAll payments by BT or PaypalGift or BTC at Preev exchange rate. Escrow, of course, buyer pays any commission.

I have two KnC Jupiters to sell, overall 1.5TH! 1 x October batch that is averages 650GH/s - Inc 1000W Gold PSU - SOLD 1 x November batch that is averaging up to 928GH/s 2.9BTC Inc 1300W Gold PSU 2.4BTC Exc 1300W Gold PSU The October Jupiter is running stock 1.0.1 firmware with a tweaked cgminer.sh to overclock it. Its run stable ever since I got it and I run it with the lid off. The November Jupiter is running a 1.0.1 tweaked "padrino" type firmware that lets you overclock with the web interface past the 1000Mhz in the stock firmware. I run this with the lid on or off depending on the ambient temperature. Its not running at max clocks possible, just a couple of notches under. With the stock 1.0.1 firmware it runs at 750GH/s at 1000Mhz on the cores. These numbers are on the stock fans, but in a cool environment, the November Jupiter runs better the cooler the ambient is, so running with the lid off and extra fans or aircon pointed at may get you more GH and you are free to add whatever fans you want. Not much wriggle room on the prices of these, they are competitive with whats out there right now and have been faultless for the 6+ months they have been running. Happy for escrow if you feel its necessary, buyer pays fees, either via btcrow.com or Ognasty who I have asked and he has agreed. Free shipping in the UK, for overseas I can get quotes, so its clear shipping extra if outside the UK
