1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / When will the drawdown end? on: January 28, 2018, 08:11:26 PM
I see that many are worried about what is happening now on the exchange. Bitcoin and many Altcoins have fallen dramatically in value. Some people are afraid of losing money and want to sell their coins, while others believe that it is better to buy coins at the moment. I'm sure that this phenomenon is temporary, but still I'm interested in the question of when the drawdown will end? What is your opinion?
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: January 06, 2018, 05:24:05 PM
Recently, more and more I have been interested in the question of why Bitcoin was created. Who created it and for what purposes. After all, clearly there are people who control bitokoyn, well, that is - own a very significant amount Bitkoyn. Maybe it's just a new currency to replace the dollar only in electronic form. Until now, nothing is known about the creators of Bitokin. Why we need crypto-currencies, if on the idea you can use the same transfers of money cherz different banks. What happens if bitcoin collapses? Do not judge me strictly, it's just that these thoughts have visited me more and more often lately.

4  Other / Obsolete (selling) / [offer] Poker Coaching NL SH on: June 10, 2011, 08:37:30 AM
Hi,

I'm an experienced coach and offer coaching up to and including NL100 SH.
FR is also possible although it's not really an area of expertise for me, but I
feel comfortable coaching up to NL50 FR.

Coaching Format:
The format is ultimately up to you, the most common forms are:
- Live sweat session
-> I watch you playing and take notes/comment.
We discuss the important hands afterwards.

- Hand analysis
-> You prepare a couple of hands you're unsure about and we'll go over them
for an in-depth analysis.

- Theory coaching / general theory discussion
-> You either give me some theoretical concepts you struggeled with and I
prepare a theory-coaching, or you prepare some questions.

- Your idea here
-> If you have a suggestion, I'm up for pretty much anything.

Software:
You will need Skype, a working microphone and either Teamviewer or Mikogo.

Price:
I don't want to state a fixed price in BTC as the exchange rate is so volatile.
My rate is $70/h, so right now (exchange rate of 30) the price would be 3BTC/h.

Contact:
For more information and questions (e.g. about my qualifications) please PM me.
I have YIM and Skype.

Best regards

6  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Sapphire Radeon HD 5830 (new) on: June 08, 2011, 11:26:22 PM
Hi,

I could potentially get a hold of some Sapphire Radeon HD 5830 and would offer them for sale.
If anybody is interested I'm going to check tomorrow if there are any left.
I'm not sure about which price to ask (I accept BTC of course), the highest bidder will get it.

Shipping would be tomorrow.

Best regards

edit: Sorry, mixed up the numbers, I meant 5830s.
7  Bitcoin / Mining / Mining on external computer? on: June 04, 2011, 11:46:43 AM
Hi,

I'm currently wondering if the following is possible:
I have 2 computers A and B.
Can I run a mining program on computer A and tell it to do the calculations on computer B?
I.e. running a mining program on computer B without installing it.

Edit: If it is possible, would it even work if computer A runs with Windows and B with a Unix distribution?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
X.C.
