What is a Coin Swap?

A coin swap is when a cryptocurrency moves from one blockchain to another.
As the coins on one blockchain may be incompatible with the new one, it becomes necessary to initiate a swap so no users lose out on their coins.

CasinoCoin will be moving to a Ripple-based blockchain (switching from the old blockchain which is Litecoin-based).
This move comes with many advantages, including faster transaction times, increased coin supply,
a bulletproof blockchain technology which is necessary for advanced features such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering).

Why is CasinoCoin doing a Coin Swap?

A new team recently took over the CasinoCoin project and formed a foundation with the aim of creating real world utility for the cryptocurrency.
You can read more about this at:

As part of developing real world usage, we believe a new blockchain and larger supply of coins is necessary to achieve our objective.
The new blockchain is based on Ripple technology, which features more advanced infrastructure and results in world-class speed and security of the blockchain.
The larger supply of coins will put CasinoCoin more in line with the scale of the global online gambling market which is estimated to be worth €54 billion by 2020.

How to participate in Coin Swap?

Step-by-step details of the coin swap process are available at:

With the transition from CasinoCoin to Bitcoin or another reputable crypto this casino could do very well. You are welcome to keep the name casinocoincity as it is yours with the auction.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / IMPORTANT - Lets End This AltCoin Madness - NOW on: April 17, 2014, 07:37:31 PM
I have been around the crypto currency scene for almost seven months now. Actively reading news, forums, trading, mining, and contributing.
Before my appearance in the CasinoCoin community there was just under 50 coins that were actively being talked about and traded. After some research and studying I chose a few to keep close including Bitcoin.

These choices were/are Bitcoin, Litecoin, DogeCoin, WorldCoin, Quark, and CasinoCoin.
The only coins I still hold are BTC, LTC, and CSC.
Now im not here to pump csc or even make you aware of it thats not my objective. We are a falling coin right now with 0 development being done around the coin and interest spiking down. So ill shut up about that.

What really get's me is all of these new coins coming out in the past few months mostly 2014+
They offer SO MUCH to the supporters before launch(reminds me of bfl pre-orders) Then launch and all goes to shit. Everyone get's upset they lost money and hates crypto-currencies or switches straight to Bitcoin.
People should not believe a word anyone says over the computer.. Especially from these assholes on twitter All they want is for their balance to go up ^ they couldn't give two shits about what your's does.

If you're going to launch a new coin make it like a buggati.. What do i mean by this? MAKE IT DIFFERENT - MAKE IT SERVE A PURPOSE
You can say your coins faster, it is more secure, blah blah well you know what Bitcoin can implement all of these and it's already reached world wide hands.

Im tired of seeing people fall for your scum shit to try and bump your wallet, everyone wants a buck now a days but do it with some class you assholes.

**Edit as it just came to my attention STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM EDGECOIN**

Just wondering when a new coin launches, how much of a premine is acceptable(by most of the community) if all the funds are going into development (meaning bounties and community?) Is any level acceptable?
You'll hear all kinds of counter-arguments, but they are all self-serving BS.  Stay away from premines and IPOs.  All of them.

16  Economy / Auctions / Casino BackEnd, RouletteGames, Poker Rooms[Multi Website Auction] on: April 08, 2014, 02:06:33 AM
Hi everyone,
I am looking to sell the Casino that has been worked on and developed for the past two months by myself and my developer(who will be available to you if wanted after auction)

You can view the casino here and the poker website here

These are both played with casinocoin as you could have imagined(my name) BUT with a few simple changes and the addition of a BTC wallet to the server everything could be switched over to a Bitcoin running Casino. This would cost an additional $200~ the developer accepts bitcoin

Auction Length: 13 days
Starting Bid: 8BTC
Bid Increments: Your Choice must be higher then startingBid
Buy It Now: 15BTC

These roulette games, backend, admin section, stats are all custom/unique script written in php and stored in Mysql databases.
Took approx 1.5 Months to create everything and about 3 to get it troubleshooted to perfection. Poker, and Casino have been running for over 1 month flawlessly with 0 reported bugs/problems.
It will cost on average depending on who and how long you pay hosting + ssl will be $50 per month or $300 per year(one server for wallets one for everything else)

This is the heart and soul of what I have put into CasinoCoin, but the returns have not been there and am still out of a job currently. Need to pay the bills.

Escrow can be used with trusted forum members.
17  Other / Off-topic / What Size, Brand, and Model is Your Main TV. on: April 05, 2014, 07:18:15 PM
What's up everyone just looking to see the options of TVs out there that people have/enjoy as I have a few around my place that are used for videogames, movies, netflix, and vikings on thursdays!

Anything Under 25" would be considered a computer monitor

Ill get started
Have a 42" Aquos Sharp LED from 2012 it runs perfectly with amazing picture and colors, but it wasn't quite big enough for the den,
As well a 55" sanYo LCD it was only $500 cdn plus $100 for 3 year warranty thought id get it because of the low price.
This tv is incredible for the value never thought a $500 tv would run so great, sports and movies are great to watch everything is just big enough that you can sit far enough back without straining your eyes.

What do you guys have, Anyone grabbed one of the new 4k tvs?

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / "therichest" money made from thin air - Satoshi Featured. on: March 31, 2014, 06:24:04 PM

Satoshi Nakamoto is the epitome of the jocular reply to a classic question. When asked, “How do you make your money,” Satoshi can honestly reply, “The old-fashioned way. I print it myself.” While that’s not exactly true, he did invent his own currency. Bitcoin.

The enigmatic creator of the first and most popular cryptocurrency is believed to hold over $400 million worth of the digital money and, indeed, they are nothing but the fruit of his imagination.

You could consider bitcoins to be a consensually shared hallucination, though really they function based on the same principle that regular money does: They have value because and only because the people who trade in them agree that they have value. They appear on your computer seemingly from the ether, the product of a mining program running on a PC. The only work done to create them being opening and running said program. The only byproduct being heat, the only expense being electricity.

It is believed that Satoshi invented Bitcoins out of frustration with the difficulty of sending wire transfers overseas to purchase model trains. (first ive heard of this) He imagined an internet-native, border-free currency and from his imagination he created bitcoins. He started mining them right away and when they skyrocketed in value his net worth did as well. You could say he literally dreamed up his fortune.
