Q is a new EVM compatible blockchain with innovative features never seen before in crypto. Consensus is managed by Root Nodes that enforce a legally binding constitution on validators, arbitrate edge cases and slash validators not abiding by the constitution. As you know, there are a lot of new blockchains launching in Q2 2023, many of them with superior technical specs and features to currently used L1 and L2 chains. Shardeum for example allows thousands of normal users to be validators and is like Ethereum but with sharding. It's backed by WazirX exchange, which is the biggest exchange in India. SUI was created by former Facebook DIEM developers and can do over 150k TPS. Q Blockchain is EVM compatible like Ethereum and has 5 second blocks but the biggest upgrade that it has over the blockchains launched currently is that it includes a legal document called the "constitution" built into the protocol which protects users on the chain and enables root nodes to monitor and control validators. I am an ICP fanatic and I'm looking to add ICP on as many exchanges as I can. I'm looking for free CEX or ones with listing fees as low as 1k USD. I'm looking for a dev to help me build a Telegram Tip Bot for an Ethereum token. The tip bot will be off-chain and allow users to deposit the token into the tip bot on Ethereum. When the users withdraw they will only be able to withdraw 1000 tokens and will pay a 50 token fee. Withdrawals will be the same token but on Binance Smart Chain (I will top up this wallet). So in this regard, it's not just a tip bot but it also functions as a token bridge using the tip bot as the escrow.

What would something like this cost to build and is there anything out there that can be forked to get started?

Rules to participate:
- Youtuber must have at least 2000 average views per video, 1000 subscribers and at least 5 videos in their portfolio.
- Any chances to boost video with FAKE views will be discovered and users will be removed from the ambassador program.
- User has to fill out a form using his name, email, social media accounts, providing us with his past work samples and describing his target audience for us.
- When/if a youtuber gets accepted our team members will contact him for negotiations and plan out content script and further actions.
- When a video is created, first it’s shared with the team and after approval it can be given to the public, must stay unlisted before admins approval.
- When a video gets its average amount of views it’s reviewed once again by the team to see if there are any fakes, so additionally youtuber might get asked for some info in addition.

After a voting period of maximum one week he gets his bounty.

Do you think 0xMR will hit 1 USD by the end of the year. It's a mineable token like 0xBitcoin, which recently hit $2, and unlike 0xBTC- 0xMR actually has utility. 0xMonero runs MixerCasino dot com and Conceal.Money mixer is coming out December 10th.
