3D Engineering Systems (цифровая модель земли)
Программа обнаружения и картирования подземных объектов,
составления цифровой модели земной поверхности для разработки GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Во многих сферах современного человека внедрены и успешно используются информационные системы, которые в большинстве своем призваны облегчить выполнение тех или иных задач, сократить время на их выполнение, а также сократить риски, убрав из переменных «человеческий фактор» и сократить время обработки информации. Данное правило работает во многих сферах жизни: медицина, транспорт, логистика, производство и в других. Но к сожалению данные системы существуют только на уровне решения «своих» задач, и не существует способов их коммутации и тем более взаимодействия. На практике каждая отдельная система решает возложенные на нее задачи, но при возникновении необходимости получить данные и провести анализ с двух или нескольких систем, возникает ряд проблем.Основной проблемой, является разрозненность данных по одному и тому же участку, т.к. каждая системы на протяжении многих лет существовали в изоляции, независимо от других. И со временем накопившиеся погрешности в данных привели к тому, что взаимодействие систем стало просто невозможно. Отсутствие данного взаимодействия кардинально влияет на скорость обработки, получения данных и на принятие рациональных решений, которые могут активно повлиять не только на благополучие и экономическое развитие, социальные факторы, но и на жизнь людей в буквальном смысле.
Решение большинства межведомственных вопросов на единой площадке, позволит в считаные минуты принимать решения, производить анализ исходя из данных различных систем, давать полную и исчерпывающую оценку ситуации.
Что же предлагаем мы? Наш проект призван централизовать сбор, обработку и получение данных, и объединение их в единую систему «3D Engineering Systems», которая может быть использована для внедрения в муниципальные и государственные ведомства. Благодаря своей гибкости, система может быть интегрирована и использована в любой службе, будь то МЧС, кадастровая палата, министерство энергетики, министерство экологии и природопользования, министерство природных ресурсов и экологии, что благополучно скажется на актуальности предоставляемых данных, благодаря легкому взаимодействию между ведомствами, легкому и быстрому анализу полученных данных.Система «3D Engineering Systems» станет основой площадкой для различных муниципальных геоинформационных систем, которые эффективны во всех областях, где осуществляется учет и управление территорией и объектами на ней. Это практически все направления деятельности органов управления и администраций: земельные ресурсы и объекты недвижимости, транспорт, инженерные коммуникации, объектами ЖКХ, развитие бизнеса, обеспечение правопорядка и безопасности, управление ЧС, демография, экология, здравоохранение и многих других.
При помощи 3D Engineering Systems создается единая трехмерная модель и электронная карта земной поверхности, подземных коммуникаций, подземных локальных объектов, на глубине до 10 метров с отображением характера и мощности пластов грунта на глубине до 30 метров. Построение самой модели происходит посредством обработки результатов обследования местности: Георадаром обследуется подземная часть местности на глубину до 10 метров и по цифровым результатам зондирования почвы составляется карта и трехмерная модель подземной части местности с обнаруженными коммуникациями, сооружениями, отображается состав грунтов и мощность пластов.
Беспилотным летательным аппаратом (БПЛА), который производит сканирование требуемого участка лазерным сканером высокой точности. По результатам сканирования местности беспилотным аппаратом, составляется цифровая модель местности
Полученный продукт может использоваться как инструмент при принятии эффективных решений в различных областях деятельности органов управления в целом, отдельных населённых пунктов, не заселённых мест. Средства, привлеченные в ходе ICO, будут направляться на разработку системы “3D Engineering Systems” и интеграцию в вышеперечисленные сферы жизни человека. С перспективой на внедрения в государственные службы и министерства РФ и стран СНГ, с последующим выходом на международный рынок.
