I have been around signals telegram groups and tried with some scanners, but havent had much success. What would you recommend?

Hello, Ive trading for some months now, had some losses but now I am with the same money I started. The hardest part I find is searching for alts to day trade. I have seen signals telegram groups, scanners, but havent had much success with these. What would you recommend? Are premium signals groups worth it? Thank you
