NEW NEXT GENERATION CRYPTOCURRENCY – TXT
About
TXT is a 2nd generation decentralized crypto currency based on the new code with it's own platform. It's way much more than just a regular cryptocurrency we have today, It will feature various benefits to the user. Our main goal is to design a truly convenient and secure crypto coin for various cases.
One of the most important features that TXT is going to have is a platform with marketplace, currency exchange, etc. (see below).
TXT is based on PoS (proof-of-stake) system, so TXT transaction fees will be divided equally to all users based on the amount of TXT a client has or have had. We thought about what would make this currency to keep on circulating and we came up with an interesting idea. We will keep it within ourselves for now, since we are still in a process and we do not want someone to take our idea and use it for their advantage.
5 million TXT sold to the public which will equal 10 BTC, and 25 million to open public mining, so 30 million in total.
This project will be open source and the white paper will be released when the right time comes. We are planning to announce a partial code in the near future.
Why have already had discussions about TXT being added to Cryptsy. John has issued a small fee in order to TXT to be added. The BTC obtained with the sales will cover the fee to have TXT added on Cryptsy.

Benefits
- TXT is a new peer-to-peer decentralized crypto currency with it's own platform. Simple to install and use it. Convenient to purchase and sell within the platform and outside the platform. TXT transactions will be processed by a global network of computers running TXT client.
- Secure, algorithmically verified transactions.
- Fast transactions up to 15 secs.
- Ecofriendy. To forge (mine) and use TXT you will not need expensive hashing equipment and you won't consume enormous amounts of electrycity while forging (mining) in TXT client.
- No inflation. There will be a fixed number of coins in the market. The whole amount of coins will be announced later on.
- Encrypted marketplace which will be accessible in the TXT client.
- Decentralized peer-to-peer crypto currency exchange with no fees.
- Encrypted peer-to-peer messaging and chat. That means it will be untrackable.
- Decentralized DNS

Please note that those features may change until release. Some of the features might be in long term development.
Forging (Mining)
We are thinking about developing two forging (mining) options:
Option A. By the design TXT transaction fees will be divided equally to all users based on the amount of TXT a user has in it's wallet. So the more TXT you have, the more TXT you are going to forge.
Option B. The more TXT will pass though your account, the more TXT you will be able to forge. With this option you will be motivated to keep your TXT circulating. More details coming soon. We will apply some restrictions to this system due to prevent fake transactions.
We are thinking about various options to keep money circulating, so you would be motivated to use TXT. We have thought a few options, but it's to early to announce it yet.
Both options might adjust. Now they are in development mode and will be tested and thought out precisely. We want to make the system as efficient as possible to early adopters and regular users.
Our goal
To make an efficient crypto coin that you could securely use within decentralized platform or elswhere.
We will do everything we can to succeed TXT. We will make constant updates on our progress and ideas.
It's hard to predict the launch date yet. If we will kickstart this project successfully, we are going to focus on it 100% to make it happen as soon as possible.

The name of the coin – done.
Logotype – done., but might change until official release.
We already invested money on the branding, because in our opinion the name of the coin and visual aspect is really important to make it successful. There is no question that image of the product plays a big role. If you have an opinion about the coin / platform name, we would love to hear it. If we will see any aspect of our current name/logotype is not as good as we think it is, we might consider to change it.
How to get TXT?
The option we chose is crowd-funding. You are able to send a donation within this week. Client is going to be released to the public on 1/22/14
The earlier you join in, the more benefits you will gain.
There is only 5 million TXT to Shareholders and 25 Million to open mining to the public.
First 200 Blocks will have a reward of 0. After it hits the 200 block it will increase to 1 per block
200-500= 1 TXT Per Block
501-1000= 2 TXT Per Block
1001-5000 = 5 TXT Per Block
5001-15000= 15 TXT Per Block
15001-30000= 30 TXT Per Block
30001-60000= 60 TXT Per Block
60001-100000= 100 TXT Per Block
It will stay at 100 TXT per block until it hits 25 million mined coins
Each block generates every 30 seconds
1 BTC = 500,000 TXT
.5 BTC = 250,000 TXT
.25 BTC = 125,000 TXT
.10 BTC = 40,000 TXT
Only about 10 BTC will be sold to the public.
