Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I have an idea:

You contact an administrator of Bitcointalk, let him save the investments. After you release the client and distribute the TXT by investment percentage, that administrator gives you the investmented BTC.

Or some famous people we can trust.

Is this fair? All the IPOs can do this way.

This is literally a copy of the text from the Verocoin thread.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395758.0

Another blatant scam.

First 3 adopters will get back 50% of their BTC after a successful launch of TXT. To get this reward the minimum donation required is 1BTC.

Do you really think people are dumb enough to fall for this?

Oh look, the next scam coin is here.

Give it up guys, people are wise to this now. They create one IPO, get as much BTC as they can, then go quiet and start another one.

Still, it saves a lot of time and effort. Get scammed and lose all your money before the coin even launches.....good idea!
No having to mine or worry about market prices. Straight from money to no money in one easy step.

I've sent u all my BTC and my girlfriend, and her mother.
Can't wait for the launch.

And I bet he still will manage to get a decent ammount of BTC out of some fools. All those "new" coins comming out remind me of the wolf of wallstreet. Cheesy now I get some popcorn and enjoy the show.
