21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / IRS Vs Monero on: June 01, 2021, 05:14:55 PM
IRS have a bounty on Monero right now to jailbreak it's anonymity for around 625,000$ if this becomes a success will it affects Monero value? I don't know why IRS want this to happen, is Monero a threat to them or what? Or they just hate the fact that some people are using Monero to hide from preying eye like the government?
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Chia coin isn't the green mining solution on: May 13, 2021, 10:39:12 AM
Chia coin profitable is going to be over very fast, right now the difficulty is so gigantic that 1TB HDD space is useless and yet they named this coin green mining? No chia doesn't deserve this title, if you are planning to go into chia mining be ready to spend more than a thousand dollars because you will be spending on two different parts

1. A high end CPU to make your plotting get done faster
2. Huge space of Terabytes
3. NVMe M2 SSD for plotting ( this wears out in time as more plotting gets done )
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Anyone into CHIA here? on: May 04, 2021, 02:18:30 PM
Anyone even mining chia on here? If there is any please give me some information about hpool, I heard that some are using the pool for chia mining, how trustworthy is this pool? Some said you have to drop your recovery seed to mine on the pool,is there anyway around this? How about creating an empty wallet just for this pool and move assets to your real wallet as you get some coins in them?
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Would you buy any of these? on: May 02, 2021, 07:06:44 AM
What's a reasonable amount to buy these cards right now?

1. RTX3070
2. RTX2080ti

Someone trying to sell for me at 1300$ for the RTX2080ti and 1500$ for the RTX3070, would you buy at this price or they are way too high?
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Gaming laptops are left out on: April 17, 2021, 05:16:03 PM
The only thing that's not scarce and useful for mining right now is gaming laptops and the surprising thing is they aren't costly in price meaning that many people aren't buying for mining purpose, I'm thinking of getting rid of my xbox one X finally and get a gaming laptop with massive gpu onboard not for mining purpose but gaming yet I could mine with it anyways to make few dollars
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / T-Rex miner rocks on: February 12, 2021, 05:30:22 AM
T-Rex miner is awesome Grin, some times you really need to give different miners a try to see how they performs, I used to praise phoenix miner but something just pushed me to give T-Rex and trial because some are saying it's better and I wasn't disappointed, from 31MH to 31.868MHs, that's almost an extra 1 MHs, T-Rex miner rocks
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Do you also mine any of these coins? on: February 10, 2021, 06:05:41 PM
Guys in 2017 I mine these coins and since then I just keep their recovery seeds till date, I never went back to check and I don't even bother to follow their telegram groups, are they still running ? Did you also mine any of these coins?

1. Qwerty coin

30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / A little word of advice is enough for the wise on: December 22, 2020, 09:04:12 AM
If you are still using centralized wallets like coinbase and others that requires email logins only it's better to move your funds to a wallet have give you access to your private keys or Mnemonic seed, do not be surprised if you are asked to pass KYC before you can withdraw your funds, even if coinbase go easy on users some centralized wallet may use this as a opportunity, if you don't know the difference between DEX and CEX wallet kindly go here to learn know

31  Other / Beginners & Help / It's too damn easy to become a developer nowadays on: December 19, 2020, 01:09:52 PM
Newbies always have it in the back of your mind that where ever money is flowing through scammers and con artists will be waiting to take advantage of you, today almost everyone wants to be a developer, there is no certificate of qualifications to be a crypto developer, tokens are so damn easy to build through smart contract platforms, I can build one myself and find a good name for the project with probably old existing use case but I don't have the heart to cheat people, developers want to ride the crypto wave for the money that's why most new projects have short life span, we have so many unqualified developers in our midst, they are here for your money, know where to put your hard earned money and also take limited risks

33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Most developers aren't qualified to be one on: November 02, 2020, 07:06:43 AM
I know how to build token using smart contract like Ethereum, it's damn easy, website? That's easy too but why would I want to create a blockchain project? I have no reason to, I'm seeing some people who have low experience about crypto rushing to create their tokens for one reason sake, to make money, this is what I want newbies to know, it's damn easy to create a token so always remember that not all so called CEO and developers are really qualified personals, they have one intention and that's to grab your money. Watch out for yourselves and stop looking at developers as some kind of gods.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Some bounty hunters are so ungrateful on: October 31, 2020, 04:43:30 PM
Honestly I'm really sad when I came across few posts on this forum about giving bounty managers red trust if they don't Escrow their campaigns, what the hell is going on with bounty hunters? Why do you care only about your rewards but not about your bounty managers? Do you guys even know how hard it is to manage a campaign? Before crucifying any bounty manager pls take up the role and fix whatever you want to fix and let's see how that turns out for you.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285647.0

Just because bounty hunters are too harsh on bounty managers bubbalex ( one of the best bounty manager on this forum) decide to quit bounty managing, he said bounty hunters cares only about themselves and he is damn right, while you guys are pulling this up some very good bounty managers are quiting, ask yourselves, is this what you want?

bubbalex have been praised many time on this forum for his hardworking and carefully pickings of bounties, he cares about his reputation and he loves his followers but in return bounty hunters shows no love, always craving for their dollars, please try to be in shoes of others before judging them

What many of you don't get is majority of projects team decides on escrowing or not, this is not bounty managers call, how many escrowed bounties turned out well for you this year? If I can remember very well all the projects that paid very well aren't Escrowed, bubbalex don't use escrow but limited participants only and yes his projects are damn successful

Have some God damn respect and show some love, bounty managers are doing what they can, use your own God damn skills too, if we end up losing reputable bounty managers the situation will worse even more
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Some things will never work in crypto world on: October 30, 2020, 06:53:59 AM
There are some useless or not actually needed use cases in crypto space that will never work anytime sooner in crypto world, few project developers actually thought they can make them work but they are wrong.

1. VR (Virtual Reality) projects
2. A.I (Artificial intelligence) Projects
3. Green energy Blockchain projects ( probably built to extort money)
4. Gold backed tokens (two to three works but majority are scam)

If you think I'm wrong please give your reasons
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / If you think you are smart just know that some are smarter on: October 26, 2020, 12:54:52 PM
If you think you are smart well think again

After UNI Airdrops many starts looking for people's Private keys and recovery seeds using search engines and data engines like 4shared and others but guess what?

Some smart scammers are out there willingly exposing their private keys and recovery seed so that greedy people can scan through them, here is what the scammers have in store

The scammers leave good valuable tokens on the wallet and set the wallet to automatically send out any deposited Ethereum, the greed people will want to deposit eth to quickly move out the tokens to exchanges but its a smart trap, once the eth landed on the wallet address it automatically send out to another Ethereum address...

How did I know this? I know someone who fell for this, luckily he only deposit 20$ worth of Ethereum..
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why hesitate ???? on: October 18, 2020, 08:20:52 AM
You invested in a ICO or IEO project at 1$ per token or coin and the price surge up to 3$ but because you see potential in the project you decide to hold and after few months the price goes down to 0.45$ and after four years and the token surge back to 3$, my question is why the wait? You hold a coin for years just to go back to it's ATH (All Time High) ? And most times majority of coins don't go back to their ATH ever again, what could you learn from this? Never ever hesitate to take profits, even if the project is the best ever, take profits, invest again when price is down because believe me, the price will surely go down

if humans are programmed to see the future won't we all be rich?
38  Other / Meta / Proof of Authentication Posts are life savings on this forum on: October 17, 2020, 08:50:50 AM

It's very important to always create Proof of Authentication in every bounty campaigns you join even if the bounty manager don't request for it, why? Because this will safe you from unnecessary red trust from DT members, some cheaters go around stealing people's bitcointalk information to fill bounty forms without you noticing, atleast not until you realise you have got a Red Trust on your profile, this is very common in Telegram campaignsand social media campaigns like Twitter and Facebook campaigns, I want to use this opportunity to pass this information to all DT members and BTT Forum managers and admins, please kindly allow POA from all members to avoid undeserving Red Trust, I've heard from people on here that their POA got removed by admins on this forum, this POA is a life savings in this case don't you think ?? Thank You

UPDATE
Please bounty managers start considering POA, as you can see it will help a lot and will get rid of spammers easily, lack of POA is why cheaters spam your campaigns and since BTT admins can remove POA if you don't ask for it ( SPAM ), please start making POA a must.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Strictly for those who have ears on: October 16, 2020, 09:00:00 AM
Hi fellas I'm here today to unleash some light on few DeFi projects that I've been seeing lately and it's kinda getting annoying because they keep pumping up every week, after doing few digs I find out they are projects aren't reliable, some CEO pictures looked washed out and stolen, no LinkedIn and proper team information etc, to cut the story short they are red flag that might be hard to see

They come in low max supply

Token name : something Finance, DeFi, etc
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: High from  3$ to 100$ per token
Total Supply: as little as in thousands, 10,000 , 25,000, etc

I'm starting to think these projects are from same players from the deflationary tokens haven, remember when deflation was a thing?

Here is list of suspicious projects that claim they are DeFi

1. LSVDeFi Finance (LFI)
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: 110$
Max supply: 25,000 LFI

Website link: https://lsvdefi.finance/

2. Phase Finance ( PHY)
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: 19$
Max supply: 30,000 PHY

Website link: https://www.phase.finance/

3. Yearn Finance Value (YFIV)
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: 35$
Max supply: 100,000 YFIV

Website Link: https://www.theyfiv.finance/

4. Yearn Finance Network (YFN)
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: 3.53$
Max supply: 70,000 YFN

Website Link: https://www.yfnetworkdefi.com/

5. Exvault (EXCORE)
Token type: ERC20
Token Price: 100$
Max supply: 10,000 EXCORE

Website Link: http://www.exvault.finance/

Also be careful with UNISWAP, listing coins on uniswap is very easy so don't think that every listed DeFi projects on uniswap are real, most DeFi projects are from unqualified fake devs that are just trying to get into your pocket. Few of these projects are already listed on uniswap already.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / A must read For all those who aren't suspicious yet on: July 22, 2020, 09:09:11 AM
Hi everyone, I want to share a information regarding a fake bounty project that's been busted successful by some good members of this wonderful forum. Kindly give a minute of your time, thank you

WARNING!!!

If you are still wearing ibidtowin signature please for all bounty hunters reputation sake kindly bring it down, that project is a confirmed Ponzi scheme and 💯 scam project combined.

Check the link below for full prove that ibidtowin is scam

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262615.0

It will be very painful for you to promote a scam project for good eight weeks and get used or robbed just like some BITWINGS team are doing presently. It's time we should stand for each other, I've done my part, the ball is in your court.
