I sell it because stopped trading a while ago.

Reselling of licenses is allowed.

It is only the license of the software. This means you still need to buy an API for the exchange you want to use.

Both seller and buyer need to contact the developer of the software Sampey by pm before and then again after the transaction and he will be the one providing you with a download link of the software licensed under your name.
