But I want to know, Why those block set up for "hash : bestblock" must be computing for 0000000000000hash.

I thought many of account was posted tons of bounty reports especially newbie accounts.

So I things moderator/teamshould adding extension about rules of bounties. Since Those bounty were relations between project manager and member.

Even we don't know what's good point for I see the post "Report of bounty".

Bit suggest, manager should create a rules of report like, any report bounty should posted external of forums.

I didn't blame those members... like we had right to not do some contributions. But at least do these forum as platfrom sharing or useful.

I just did it, LOL.

^Bagaimana sejarah BIP ?

Pengusulan BIP pertama oleh Amir Taaki pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2011 atau BIP0001. Pakar pakar sepertinya sepakat BIP akan dipublikasikan di Github, yang mana semua orang dapat berkontribusi dalam memperbaiki dokumen maupun menambahkan dokumen baru.

^Apa saja karakteristik BIP?

Ada 3 Karakterisktik didalam BIP  

#Standards (Standar) : Berkaitan dengan Protokol Jaringan, Block, Validasi transaksi, apapun yang terkait interoperabilitas.

#Informational (Informatif) : Berkaitan dengan desain, Panduan sistem. Tipe BIP ini tidak ditujukan dalam pengusulan fitur baru maupun mewakili sensus.

#Process (Proses) : Berkaitan dengan perubahan proses, mirip seperti Tipe BIP Standards (standar) namun digunakan untuk semua yang ada di luar protokol Bitcoin.

^Bagaimana dengan alur kerjanya?

Draft > Diterima > Jika draft mendapatkan persetujuan > Pengaplikasian > diaktifkan.

Draft > Ditolak > Tidak akan pernah diaplikasikan.

Catatan : Semua dilakukan secara sistem terbuka, semua orang dapat berkontribusi, dan semua hasil akan kembali pada komunitas, karena sifat demokrasi sebagai dasar dari semuanya.

Tentu saja semua diawal oleh Lord Satoshi Nakamoto sebagai versi awal. Sebelum Lord Satoshi Nakamoto merasa misinya selesai, dia menyerahkan software bitcoin untuk dikembangkan kepada Gavin Andresen untuk menjalankan protokol dan mekanisme yang telah terstruktur, Yang dibantu oleh programmer lainnya atau organisasi Bitcoin Foundation  yang berganggota Gavin Andresen,Charlie Shrem, Mark Karpeles, Peter Vessenes, Roger Ver, Dan Patrick Mucrk,

Dan Akhirnya Gavin menjadi Chief Scientist yang dipekerjakan oleh Bitcoin Foundation. Gavin Mengundurkan diri dari posisinya sebagai Lead Developer Bitcoin pada tanggal 7 April 2014, lalu digantikan oleh Wladimir van der laan (laanwj), Peter Todd, Luke DashJr.

I though those was promoting the Ponzi / MLM Program.
