I thought many of account was posted tons of bounty reports especially newbie accounts.

So I things moderator/teamshould adding extension about rules of bounties. Since Those bounty were relations between project manager and member.

Even we don't know what's good point for I see the post "Report of bounty".

Bit suggest, manager should create a rules of report like, any report bounty should posted external of forums.

I didn't blame those members... like we had right to not do some contributions. But at least do these forum as platfrom sharing or useful.

If I understand you correctly, you are suggesting that all bounty reports should happen off the forum to reduce spam?

I do agree with you. As long as they keep their spamming to the bounty threads, it is trivial to avoid them, especially for users like me who rarely venture in to the altcoin section anyway. What would be a huge benefit from this, though, would be that it would significantly clean up Patrol, as currently the majority of posts in Patrol are just bounty spam. Patrol could be a great tool for reporting spammers and meriting good newbies, but currently it is unusable.

There should be a rule that all bounty reports must be submitted in specified google forms and not posted in the bounty thread itself.
That would take care of all the spam that those threads create by members posting their social media reports every week.

It depends on who is managing the campaign.

I am sure managers who ask participants to post a weekly report are too lazy to even check them. If you open the spreadsheet when the bounty is over you will notice all weeks are counted as valid even if the member didn't share anything during the whole campaign.

Good managers usually create a Google form and ask participants to post their reports there or ask them to post a single repot post and update it each week.

If I am not wrong OP suggestion for Google form to submit bounty reports. This subject has been discussed multiple time and also I have suggested to implement few guidelines for bounty managers. You are not the first person who are suggesting this. But unfortunately we had not got any answers from admin regarding that matters. Obviously bouty report consider as a spam in my opinion. And it's really not necessary to remain after end of bounty campaign. Only managers could help about this matter since there is no rules or guidelines yet. There is 2 option managers could help;
1. Collect bounty report by Google form.
2. Create self moderated thread and delete report after update spreadsheet every week. Of course they could archived report for future reference.

By this way BM could help forum to keep clean and spam free.

I'm not even sure what OP is trying to say, since his English is a garbled mess--no offense, OP.

If he's talking about the reports themselves, I would disagree that they're spam.  As long as the reports are in the section that they're supposed to be in, there's no reason to complain.  Nobody goes to the bounty section to read insightful posts about bitcoin, altcoins, tokens or anything else.  The sole problem with bounties is that they produce a large volume of shitposts, but I get the feeling OP isn't talking about that.  Nor do I get the feeling that he's read Meta much, because both of these issues have been discussed before.

This subject has been discussed multiple time and also I have suggested to implement few guidelines for bounty managers.
We even have a stickied thread in the services board from hilarious regarding campaign rules and guidelines (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0). His and yours essentially all boil down to the same underlying message - don't spam or you will be banned, and don't run a campaign filled with spammers or you and your campaign will be banned. Unfortunately, these rules are not enforced. If we started banning campaigns and campaign managers who were paying for spam, I would wager we would see a significant improvement in the amount of spam fairly quickly.

after a couple of pages, almost all bounty threads be unusable. If the manager posts something new about campaign rules, payments etc ... this post will be buried very quickly. There are also only a few managers read and check posted links, especially in campaigns with a few thousand participants. Many participants just copy links from one of the previous posts because of that. Surely is a totally unnecessary spamming forum with this bounty report, but if this is the only way to move spammers to one place i agree with that.

I especially looked for a bounty campaign manager that had an external for reporting. The one i have joined now doesnt have the need for reporting, they track it through their website.

That's the possible solution to control the spamming on bounty threads.
Every bounty manager should provide google forms or any other way to submit bounty reports and if participants don't follow the correct procedure for report submission they should be banned.

one of the steps to narrow the tuyul account of the gift manager uses reports in the thread bounty forum that were not initially there, and the result of this policy is the number of spam reports that are on average generated by bounty whereas this is against the rules of the forum
so to reduce this there are three ways:
1. The gift operator provides a google form
2. They tracked it through their website like a bounty portal
and 3. return to previous gift management procedures without reports but the BM team must work EXSTRA for that

true... but their posts still counted to total post and activity
this just encourages them to post as a way to gain rank/activity which can be seen as 'legal spam'
I would suggest to set posts in bounties subforum as uncounted and unmeritable post
and/or mandatory removal for any bounty reports older than a month or so

Some projects try to avoid this posting of reports in bounty threads by getting reports through bots but our bounty hunters are so accustomed to old ways that they still use the same.
