If I used paypal for getting BTC on virwox will my account be banned?

Seems to be that LTC is the alt coin that is most likely to start getting accepted on coin base and overstock (when I say widespread I'm referring to the people who already accept BTC)

Possibly other coins will be accepted first?

What do you guys think?

Bitstamp BTC is almost always $20 higher then BTC-e, seems like good arb, am I missing something? other then bitstamps annoying verification process

Just wondering if this sums up what arbitrage in the bitcoin world is today:

1. When bitcoins are priced differently on different exchanged you can buy on one withdraw then deposit on another and sell your bitcoin, however since no APIs have withdrawal and deposit functions this must be done manually

2. People with super fast bots will do triangular arb on on exchange, like USD->LTC->BTC->USD all on BTC-e, and if there is discrepancy they will profit, however this is only done by people with super fast computers who complete maybe 3 circles/second and can't be done well by regular folk. (They can also involve more currencies on the same exchange)


Does this sum it up well or am I missing something? or am I incorrect?

Im working on getting an arbitrage bot going but I cant stop worrying about the possibility that once its finished the discrepancies amongst various exchanges will be settled and there will not much left to arbitrage.

Do any exchanges apis have deposit and withdrawal functions?

How can you arbitrage without them? Manually?

(I wanted to do Litecoin Wallet --> Exchange #1 to BTC --> BTC Wallet --> Exchange #2 to LTC --> LTC wallet)

But this is impossible to be automated
