The pool I'm using supports for example USA so if I use VPN and my location change to USA will this increase performance?

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Non funded projects vs funded projects on: December 16, 2020, 03:57:59 PM
Is it just me or there are many others thinking same thing? Non ICO/IEO projects always have longer life span, where as new projects are all running after funds for better future of their projects, how about those projects that have no ICO, no premine? Some are even funded by the teams without the public penny

There are many old altcoins alive today that are not funded, litecoin, XMR etc, they did no ICO and they rocks.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / POC Algorithm on: December 15, 2020, 03:04:47 PM
It's been a very long time since I heard any thing about crypto projects that are using POC algorithm (Proof Of Capacity), project like burst coin for example can be mined with hard drive space, I know there are many coins like burst coin in the market but are there people who are still into this type of algorithm today?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Fake black Friday deals on: December 04, 2020, 02:27:47 PM
Is there anyone on here getting crypto blackfriday deals through their email address? I keep getting blackfriday deals like buying bitcoin and other coins at cheaper rate but I was smart enough to do some diggings and I see that scammers are targeting emails to lure people and scam them, do not go through your emails to take advantage of any blackfriday deals
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Prove that Crypto mass adoption is getting in place on: June 24, 2020, 10:34:28 AM
Do not rely on this, it's just a news that could or could not happen, Yesterday news broke regarding the strong possibility that PayPal and Venmo, the two notable fintech companies are both moving to add direct crypto and Bitcoin trading capabilities to their users, what do you think will happen if this comes true??? I like the fact that this is happening and DeFi projects are doing their thing too
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Devs please have some respect on: June 03, 2020, 06:32:27 AM
It seems developers don't know what they are doing, many of them that put blames on bounty hunters for price dump , they must be high on drugs or something, this is just simple arithmetic

A devs create a coin with 100 million supply

He decide to do IEO with 50 million coins of the supply

He decide to do IEO at the price of 0.1$

But to attract investors he introduce a discount of 0.05$

He was lucky to see many investors investing in the project even when he chooses not so good exchange

And price surge over 3.5$

Please tell me, how will investors hold the coins when they see gains that can take them years of holding to achieve???

Developers you are the main problem affecting your coins and tokens, bounty hunters only share up to 1% of your max supply, have some respect
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Scammers always make use of advantages on: March 22, 2020, 03:25:35 PM
Last week the United kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning that the coronavirus out real might be providing criminals with the opportunity to swindle investors out of their crypto assets, you've been warned

Scammers are sophisticated, opportunistic and will surely try many things.

Do not trust any one or organization asking for donations to combat the outbreak, it's not real
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Learn and learn and keep learning will safe you from lots of foul play on: March 22, 2020, 03:07:17 PM
Honestly If anyone just come into crypto space through a link or online ads it's easier to get lost and fall victim to scams, i never get hacked for once or lost money to scam projects simply because I favoured learning things I don't know anything about, why can't people be like this either? This will easily safe you from money doubling schemes and Ponzi schemes, please newcomers and members, be more willing to learn.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Don't hate long term promotions on: March 02, 2020, 08:45:27 AM
I'm here to talk about bounties with long duration, I know we all have our experience with short term bounties and long term bounties but I have come to understand that it doesn't matter, here is my own experience
Last year I promoted E3T bounty project for 4weeks duration and I earned 30$
In 2018 I promoted Airwallet for more than 14 weeks and I earned over a thousand dollar

Durations doesn't matter, small duration bounties can pay high rewards and long duration bounties can pay worse rewards, it's all vice versa, what matters is the quality of the project you promote
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Facts about bounties on: February 15, 2020, 10:11:24 AM
To all newbies or new comers, here are few advice for you guys if you want to start promoting bounties

1. Many bounties won't pay
Its a real fact that some might not want to accept for one reason or the other, new projects aren't that attractive to investors anymore so be ready for the worst.

2. Bounties are still Profitable
Ignore whatever bounty hunters are saying, yes many projects aren't paying but still some are paying, experience of a bounty hunter is different from one another, some bounty hunters still find it hard to learn from their mistakes

Remember that even good projects that looks promising can still fail but here is what I want you to hold on to, a single bounty project can cover for all your losses, what I meant is 1 project can give you biggest profits even when you've promoted 10 projects that gives nothing, this is why its called BOUNTY.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Coming from altcoin to bitcoin on: January 11, 2020, 01:01:24 PM
I don't know if its the right call or not but i just feel like its better to sell my bags of altcoins for bitcoin, most of the altcoins i owned are not top altcoins, mostly new coins from bounties and I've seen coins worth of 2k turn 20$ while holding them, finally i decide to take out the losses and invest in bitcoin, if you are holding any altcoins that aren't good enough do not hesitate to sell for bitcoin to at least make some profits
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Danger that awaits few coins on: January 06, 2020, 07:43:20 AM
I'm here to clear few facts about some crypto coins, i will start with exchange tokens, people are getting things mixed up when it comes to real use case, many thinks once a coin has a real use case it's a must buy well this is for you, let me start with binance, i love the exchange simply because of the seriousness of the team and CEO himself i believe that's why they made it this far but im not 100% sure about bnb token because it's use case ends on the binance exchange, outside the platform it's nada,  i belief any good real use case should be for the public but bnb token is limited in this area, everything about bnb ends on it's exchange.

My second point is pointing towards Proof of Stake coins, we all love earning with no big hassle like POW coins but at the same time have you ever think that apart from the POS ability what is the use case of the token or coin itself? Many keep making this mistake that once a coin has staking ability it's the best, this is why many POS coins loses value while you are holding them to get your reward annually.

I believe that POS ability is just a +, assuming the use case of a coin is for means of payments either with many merchants or so and the coin still has staking ability makes more sense than a coin with just staking ability alone, please be wise with the ways you define your real use cases
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Upcoming Crypto Regulatory Hurdles to look forward to on: January 04, 2020, 11:23:24 AM
Here are lists of regulatory hurdles to look forward to

1. Regulations of technologies that employs zero knowledge proof e g zcash that might present powerful unregulated tools for criminal financial use cases

2. Data privacy concerns with mainstreaming of blockchain and electronic digital finance

3. Ongoing strife about recognizing certain tokens and currencies that couldn't exclude securities vs commodities

Hopefully we will see greater education about these projects amongst regulatory agencies to understand the expression and how they might affect their regulation and their creation.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Nothing is wrong with altcoins on: December 27, 2019, 10:11:59 AM
I will start hating altcoins only when bitcoin raise up to 20,000$ and altcoins fail to move up as well, many people are putting blames on altcoins today as if bitcoin is not in loss itself, the ATH of btc was 20k and now it's trading for 7,000+ thats like 12,000$ lost please how will this not affect other altcoins as well? Top altcoins will surely lose value as well, to me this present loss of altcoins are positive, look at coins like LTC, EOS, BNB, these coins are doing fine. You will only have problem if you invest in crap altcoins
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: December 23, 2019, 03:26:38 PM
Why do people still fall victims to obvious scams? Especially on twitter people are still sending bitcoin to traders, no one is a perfect trader, do not send bitcoin or other coins to people to trade for you, its stupid and foolish idea

Today a bitcoin trader on twitter exit scam and delete all traces off social media, i heard its about 53bitcoin, here is the link to the news

https://coinnewstelegraph.com/bitmex-bitcoin-fund-manager-exit-scams-before-christmas/

Pls stop, there is no such thing as easy money, its either you learn or you quit or else you will keep losing money
