Usually CampBx Asks trails MtGox (i.e. if MtGox price is $10, CamBx is $9. but I am observing the opposite since  last few days.

Like the last time it was very stable around $5. It helps a lot with mental conversion math.

CGMINER 2.6.1 is a great software for mining litecoin on GPUs. Thanks a bunch ckolivas!
But I am unable to use cgminer with the on-chip Radeon 6430D GPU for litecoin mining.
I have a A6 APU. cgminer can use the on-chip GPU for bitcoin mining at 40MH/s.

The driver version is fglrx_8.961-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb and AMD-APP-SDK-v2.6-lnx64.tgz in Ubuntu 11.

This is the error message.

I am getting like 90% GPU errors with Reaper v13 and default litecoin.conf parameters. Lowering aggression to 12 reduces hashing speed to 250kh/s.

Not that much faster than Cayman 

Any speculations on which card would be best for mining.

Tahiti = 2048 ALUs, est. cost = $500+, power = 250Watt
Pitcairn = Same as Cayman 1536 ALU, est. cost=$299, power = 120Watt

I am rooting for Pitcairn.

Guys I have tried aticonfig under Linux, but it does not downclock the RAM on my non-reference 6950. I have three of these cards, and it fails to change memory clock speed. It works fine for the 5830 card.

I read that ati-traytools can do this for non-ref 6950 in Windows.

Does anyone have success using a similar tool or command line script / code under Linux?

I think this card is decent miner for the price and power consumption (Max 127Watts). It can also be overclocked a bit. Since it's a 68XX series it should hold its resale value a bit better than 5830.
