Altcoins are said to be the alternative cryptocurrency aside from Bitcoin and many of the altcoins are decentralized and also centralized, unlike Bitcoin which is highly decentralized and out of the control of anyone be it the developer or government Bitcoin has a total circulating supply. But Altcoin is developed by individuals e.g Vitalik Buterin Ethereum developer and teams members who are known in the society and the source codes of the coin can easily be updated which have made them not to have a static circulating which is has been the major reason why the altcoin market is hard to speculate because it circulating supply can easily be tempered more coin being minted at will which will render speculators analysis inaccurate in most cases.

Bitcoin as a digital decentralized currency have been widely criticized by many banks and other financial monolithic characters who have been on for front of global financial system, the latest being the call of central banks governors to the EU for the total ban of bitcoin mining and trading ,this also came a week after the Rusia central bank governor advised the President against cryptocurrency adoption.
This have proven to a large extent the political undertone as regards to the central banks position on compartitors such as bitcoin having the capacity to transform the economy of a nation,state or region as a whole, what are the possibilities of central banks governors winning the war against the decentralized finances or will the central banks looses it relevancy when Bitcoin finally become a global currency.

Hey fellow bitcoinairs so I recently thought of receiving some payments through Bitcoin for a contract deal sometime around January 10-01-22 as I newbie then looking for a wallet to use I searched google and stumble on a free bitcoin wallet all my thoughts was to get a good and fast service from the wallet, the Bitcoin was sent with network confirmation but I never receive the balance on my free Bitcoin wallet and this is running to a month now and when I contacted the support they simply told me To be relaxed that it will be processed when the technical team is done solving the problem, I have lost that deal due to my inability to meet and I was asked to send back the Bitcoin when it eventually drops in my wallet.
This act is quite unethical of a Bitcoin wallet provider.
Posting this here to warn others to desist from using the free wallet, it is better to use a none custodial wallet that you are in control of the keys to be able to restore the wallet on any other wallet provider app or site.
I have moved on to a lightning network as it gives faster transactions and low fees.
