I wonder if sellers on.Localbitcoins are paying taxes? I know that in many countries Bitcoin is not regulated and in some you are not obliged to pay tax on Bitcoin itself. I found this site cryptoborrow.com that provides loans. I've registred and a small instant loan (0.015) was approved to me. The problem is that I can't withdraw the funds. Recently when I was trying to access my Xapo account I was asked to provide my ID and proof of address, although I have already provided this when I registered. I also had to answer some questions about my incomes and trading volume. My documents are under review and I have limited access to my account and therefore I can't fund it.
