41  Economy / Currency exchange / [SOLD] BTC for sale for GBP (Faster Payments) on: April 02, 2013, 05:10:27 PM
SOLD
42  Economy / Lending / USD $4000 Loan in BTC on: April 02, 2013, 04:00:59 PM
Hello,

I'm seeking a $4,000 USD loan, funded in BTC in order to exercise my option here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=164479.0

LTC has gone up far quicker than I anticipated, so I don't have the funds available at the moment. However, I do not want to miss this opportunity! gusti is currently in the process of preparing his cold wallet.

Me and gusti have agreed to do partial transactions without escrow (1 BTC at a time) so there will be very little risk here. The lender can send the BTC straight to gusti incrementally if they would like.

I will repay the loan almost immediately - if you would like it in LTC that would be easiest(!), though willing to trade back to BTC, then make payment that way.

I've messaged Blazr about this as I think he could be interested, but he's been offline for a couple of days.

Many thanks  Smiley

43  Economy / Lending / LTC Option Agreement on: April 01, 2013, 11:30:57 PM
Agreement between me and gusti.

This agreement is for the option for me to buy from gusti up to 2000 LTC at a price of USD $2 per LTC, at any time before September 1st, 2013.

In return, I'm paying to gusti 100 LTC now to address LV4CNiFp5mcsmRRrQMXMrrmfjrZSb3xCfd.

gusti will be obliged to keep the full amount of LTC in his custody until September 1st, 2013.

For the final purchase of LTC option, escrow may be arranged between me and gusti.

45  Economy / Currency exchange / [SOLD] 6 BTC for UK Faster Payments on: March 28, 2013, 07:37:01 AM
I have 6 BTC for sale. Looking to be paid via UK faster payments transfer.

MtGox latest price.

I've done a lot of trades on here and I'm sure a couple of people would be willing to vouch for me if required.

PM me if interested Smiley

46  Other / Off-topic / Mullvad VPN Service - sent them too many BTC on: March 10, 2013, 06:34:00 PM
I accidentally sent 2 BTC to a previous deposit address of theirs.

I've tried e-mailing them asking for a refund, but they've yet to get back to me. There's no other contact details apart from a Swedish postal address.

What's more the 2 BTC haven't been credited to my account Sad

Anyone happen to know the people who run it or have any other ideas?

UPDATE: RESOLVED

My coins were returned earlier today. I should have been more patient  Smiley

47  Economy / Goods / Series One, 1 BTC Casascius Bitcoins - value speculation on: March 06, 2013, 12:00:41 PM
There seems to be a very strong demand for these - one user was recently offering 2 BTC each.

Do people see these as becoming collectors items?

If one BTC could be worth $1000 on day, what could one of these be worth?  Grin

It's nice to think the ones I gave to my friends and family could make them some money.

48  Economy / Lending / Wanted: $400 Loan on: March 06, 2013, 11:44:33 AM
Hello,

I am looking for a 4500 $400 loan (paid in BTC, tied to the dollar).

The purpose of the loan is to reduce my exposure to further BTC price increases by settling my BTC denominated debts - I have an outstanding loan with Blazr of 3.5 BTC and another of 14 BTC that I owe to another user.

My plan to to use the money to exercise my option here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=138641.0

For $400 I will receive 4,500 LTC, currently worth just under $900. I'll then purchase BTC to pay off my loans.

The extra $100 I would like to put into LTC as I can see the rally continuing.

I understand that using debt to pay off debt is generally a bad move, but at the moment I owe around $810 -- this plan will reduce that to $500 and I won't have the risk of further price increases.

Ideally I would repay this loan over two or three months, though I'm open to negotiation on the term and interest.

Edit: I would be able to make a $100 payment towards the loan pretty much immediately after exercising my option.

Thanks  Smiley

49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Option to buy 10,000 LTC on: January 24, 2013, 06:26:50 PM
Reading about smoothie's LTC futures contract has interested me.

Say I wanted the option to purchase 10,000 LTC at the time of my choosing within 6 months @ USD 0.062 each.

What fee would people require for this contract?

I would want the LTC to be held in escrow until either I purchase them or the six months are up.

I have agreed a deal with 420 here:

50  Economy / Lending / 25 BTC Loan Request on: January 04, 2013, 08:40:38 PM
I'm looking for a 25 BTC loan to be repaid by the end of the month at the latest (though most probably by the 26th).

I'm willing to discuss interest rates and if people would like to fund part that should be fine too.

51  Economy / Lending / [FUNDED] 30 BTC Loan Request on: October 06, 2012, 10:50:49 AM
Hello,

I'm trying out a listing on BTC Jam: https://btcjam.com/listings/79

Should there be little interest on BTC Jam, I'm happy to complete the loan here instead, but thought it worth trying out a new service.

I'm looking for 30 BTC over a period of no more than 30 days. I've set the interest rate at 7% on BTC Jam.

At some point I should really link to all my successful transactions, but have to go out at the moment.

Many thanks,

Scott

52  Economy / Lending / {Urgent!} Loan Request: 2 BTC on: September 23, 2012, 05:33:09 PM
I'm looking for about $48 - doesn't matter if it's a bit less.

I can repay in BTC on Tuesday if the cool new Pingit blockchain.info feature works. Otherwise it will be a day or so later.

Alternatively, I could repay with Pokerstars $ on Tuesday.

53  Economy / Speculation / The Great Silk Road Crash of 20** ...? on: September 20, 2012, 02:54:41 PM
In my mind, it is inevitable that Silk Road will either be shut down or cease to operate in the not too distant future.

While successors will eventually spring up in its place, there will still be a large, sudden drop in demand for BTC.

How low will BTC go?

How soon might this happen?

Since I believe Bitcoin is bigger than Silkroad, I would welcome the opportunity to buy coins cheaply, but others may see this scenario as a disaster for the community.

I'm interested in peoples thoughts.

55  Economy / Lending / 2 BTC Loan Request - needed quickly! ... again! on: August 26, 2012, 09:40:15 PM
I'd like 2 BTC to play the SealsWithClubs Sunday tourney.

I have the BTC, but my wallet isn't up to date and I'm downloading the blockchain very, very, very slowly.

My SealsWithClubs deposit address: 13RdX1ZNJWs3myiVukZoQR2VBeLx1i3vpu

I will pay back with reasonable interest in an hour. More if I win Smiley
56  Economy / Lending / [FILLED] Wanted: 0.2 BTC on: August 24, 2012, 05:50:57 PM
My VPN has expired and I currently don't have any BTC that I can access.

If someone would be so kind, I'll pay them back (with interest) as soon as I get funds onto an exchange - hopefully a day or two.

Thanks Smiley

57  Economy / Lending / 2 BTC Loan Request - needed quickly! on: July 29, 2012, 08:31:21 PM
The same as last week, I've neglected to have any coins in my wallet!

I need 2 BTC deposited to my SealsWithClubs address here: 1CgqeuDmKTg7c8Kb2XXx5R5UUBuTqEZABM

I'll request a withdrawal from Bitcoinmax shortly, so repayment should be within 24 hours.

I'm happy to pay a little interest and/or offer a bonus should I cash  Smiley

Cheers,

58  Economy / Currency exchange / [WANTED] 6+ BTC for GBP on: July 28, 2012, 06:59:35 PM
With Intersango's problems and having to wait on MtGox to process account verification , I'm looking for alternative purchase methods.

I can easily do bank transfers or purchase UKash. I don't want to bother with Paypal.

I'm open to suggestions or offers - the easier and cheaper the better Smiley
59  Economy / Currency exchange / [SELL] 15 BTC for UK Faster Payments Transfer on: July 24, 2012, 12:15:27 PM
I'm looking to sell 15 BTC for a UK Faster Payments Transfer @ Intersango latest price.

I've not seen this done on here before, but it seems a good way for me to get GBP instantly and the buyer to not have to wait for an exchange to register their deposit.

Normally I use Intersango, but they seem to be having a few problems recently.

For trusted members I'm willing to go first. I'm also willing to do this in increments.

Any interest?
60  Economy / Lending / 2 BTC Loan Request - needed within 2 hours! on: July 22, 2012, 08:06:23 PM
Hello,

I'm looking for a 2 BTC loan request so I can play in the Seals With Clubs tournament at 10pm UTC.

I am about to request a Bitcoinmax withdrawal, so as soon as I get that I can return the 2 BTC + any interest agreed.

My previous successful loans on here are listed below.

I also have completed a few private loans with Patrick and have some outstanding - I would ask Patrick for the 2 BTC but he seems to be offline.

If this is okay, please send the coins to my Seals deposit address: 18dTmf5EyhRCkFB2abByoRT6wzyoBGep9U

Of course, should I cash I will pay a small bonus  Grin
