I am thinking to make a site to exchange bitcoin and altcoins, is this legal?
1 do I need some license in USA or Canada
2 I need to request Id and address proof from the member who want to withdrew?
3 no Id required for exchange between bitcoin and altcoin? I noticed all the exchanger only request id when withdrawal
4 need to register with some bank? Or I can just let the members exchange and pay by themselves and I just be a bridge? Is this legal?
5 I can put a lot of altcoins there?

If I made two nodes for pure pos coin I created, and keep running on vps, whether I must put some coins in the node wallet in order to stake and keep sync?
If I left the two node open, I think it will never generate rewards so will never sync

I created a coin and mined a lot of coins for testing, I send the coins to another wallet b, it works, after some confirmations, the coins in the wallet b still cannot send out although it says spendable, even after some confirmations, it shows transaction fail if I try to send some out, so I copy wallet.dat to a different computer it works, why?

I created a pure POS coin and I mined all the POW coins, left in the wallet to generate reward and wait sync, although the weight keep going up, the rewards still not generated, so it will not sync, how to let the rewards generated faster so that i can sync

Since the VPS limit the usage for the cpu, I have to limit the usage of miner when I setup the miner on ubuntu server, I installed cpulimit but it looks like not easy to use:
cpulimit -P /mycoin/src/myminer -l 25
I try to run this on ubuntu but it looks like it will not run background, any way to let this run on background?
also, I must run myminer first, and then run cpulimit command, is this any way I can just limit my cpu usuage first and then the miner later?
because if I run miner first, it will take lot of the cpu usage immediately

I try to create a POS coin, after all POW coins mined, if I want the POS coin interest generated ever 1 hour, and keep interest generating forever, should I set nStateMinAge=60*60 //1 hour and also nStateMinAge=-1 ?
