theres several crypto-accepting vps services in the services and digital goods sections of the forum, you should take a look around and pick one that you like.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

Amazon offers a 1 year trial where you can run a low power VPS for free continuously. It works quite well as a full node, but you will need something more powerful for a miner. Using their spot requests can get you some good VPSs cheaply.

Digital ocean has VPS from 5$ month

digital ocean does not support windows but linux and all his distro only, i know it because i used it for a long time, but for reference

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-to-install-the-win-7-on-my-vps

my suggestion don't wast time on vps for windows they are expensive, create your own vps by running a VM inside your machine, use a light OS like windows 7 lite or superlite and run inside it your client, if you want privacy add a free VPN to it

https://cirrusflex.com accepts bitcoin with bitpay. Website is in spanish, but the cloud plataform is fully in english. They have a free tier with 1 server with 1vcpu and 512MB of RAM for free.

They have windows images, but afaik you have to bring your windows license.
